i was lied to I received a letter about replacement of the recalled airbags, so I made an appointment and before I left my house I called the service department ask I received a letter about replacement of the recalled airbags, so I made an appointment and before I left my house I called the service department asking them to check to make sure that they indeed have the parts available to perform the replacement for my specific car (gave them the VIN of my car, too), they checked and called back and said "yes, please come over". I went and they told me they didn't have the parts. Then they said they will order the parts and call me back on Tuesday, of course no call back at all. I am about to buy a new mercedes within a year, and now I know I am not buying from this dealership. Very disappointed. More
Poor Business Practice - Refusal To Honor What Was Promised I purchased a Mercedes E350 two years ago. During the sales demo and during the purchase I was told by the sales representative, sales manager and fi I purchased a Mercedes E350 two years ago. During the sales demo and during the purchase I was told by the sales representative, sales manager and finance agent that one of the nice things about purchasing a Mercedes at Mercedes Coconut Creek is that you will have life long free car washes for as long as you own your car. For the past two years all has been good;however, on April 30, 2018, I was told that effective May 1st, car washes for my vehicle would no longer be free and that I would have to join the car wash club for 199.00 for one year of car washes or 299.00 for two years, or buy a new car or have my vehicle serviced for a one time car wash. I would expect that when making this commitment to a customer at the time of purchase it should be honored as promised. Future policy changes should not be retroactive to what you promised a customer at the time of purchase “free car washes for the life of your car”. I understand implementing new policies, but when promising a customer something you should value and honor your word. The new policy should be effective for all new customers effective May 1, 2018 and not prior customers that were promised for the life of your car. I mentioned my concern to Mike Rispoli Service Manager. He said he would review my concerns and give me call after looking up my VIN and determining how much money I spend on service. It’s been over a week and no follow up from Mike. I would only hope that they would live up and keep their word as promised to all the customers who purchased Mercedes from this Dealership prior to the new policy effective May 1st. Carmine B. More

Told him what car and vin number I was looking at, he called back said sorry it was sold. OK. .........Next question from a GREAT salesperson, I have other vehicles that you might be interested in!, or anything in particular you are looking for? If I get something similar in, can I call you? etc etc. Noooo just goodbye Do car dealers send their people to some universal training center on how to be incompetent sales people with attitudes? Worst customer service ever!!! Liars!! In warning stay away from this dealership. Also let it be known that it is an Autonation dealer. Worst customer service ever. Car had some mechanical issues that needed fixing. Mike Fawn reassured us no problem, the issues could be fixed, then our car would be delivered to our house via a transport. We tried to keep in the loop as to where our car was and when we would be receiving it. Nothing! Car was delivered 15 days later and the issues were still not fixed. Ha due to the delay in receiving our car, we got the loan paperwork before we got the car...nice! My wife got a letter of suspension from the DMV that we owned a registered car without insurance. Lol. We didn't even have possession of the car yet. We were told that all the paperwork would be submitted once we took delivery of the car. That obviously didn't happen either. The day we received the car we were so excited. We took it for a drive around the block and the engine light came on. Found out it had a blown door speaker too, floor mats were missing and sunroof is still broken. Addressed all our concerns with Mike Fawn, who said he'd look into our issues and get back to us. We NEVER heard from him. We had to call him back. Now he doesn't remember what he paid to have fixed on our car. Says he spent all this money but doesn't remember what it is they repaired he needs to find out. OMG. Who does that?? Pays for services and has no idea what he paid for. My thoughts are he's lying. We since been to our local dealer who says there's no maintenance history of our car ever getting the sunroof repaired. We are so disappointed. We feel so cheated!! We've owned the car for 21 days now and we are so disappointed in ourselves for allowing ourselves to be taking advantage of. I'M WARNING ALL THOSE WHO READ THIS. STAY AWAY FROM MERCEDES BENZ OF COCONUT CREEK. Find another dealership to buy your car from. Oh unless your buying the crème de la crème of Mercedes vehicles.
