He just wanted to let me know that the car was ready and he had everything prepared for us to go on the test drive. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and thoroughness throughout the whole process. I’ve never had a better car buying experience! After we worked out all of the details, I began the purchasing process. It was very late that night but everyone was willing to wait before closing down the dealership. I was super thankful for Michael Kanen as well. He made the purchasing process as smooth as possible. After everything was complete, Tom was there to ensure that my wife and I were happy.
