Highly pleased with dealership in general. Dave Falkenstrom, in particular, went way above and beyond expected performance in obtaining the car I wanted from MB in Ft. My recent service experience was horrible! My vehicle was in service for days before the dealership had a clear understanding of what the mechanical issue was. The service center has a lot of new employees a in service for days before the dealership had a clear understanding of what the mechanical issue was. The service center has a lot of new employees and their customer service is NOT a great representation of Mercedes Benz anymore. The employees seem to NOT have much knowledge, which is very frustrating when dealing with a luxury vehicle dealership. Very disappointed! More

Extremely disappointed!!! If I could rate this experience a zero I would. Today, I traveled over 3 hours to take delivery of a 2020 GLC 300 and was assured repeatedly by my salesperson that the ve experience a zero I would. Today, I traveled over 3 hours to take delivery of a 2020 GLC 300 and was assured repeatedly by my salesperson that the vehicle was in pristine condition. Upon arrival, I asked to see the vehicle and noticed the engine compartment was dirty with leaves all in the vent areas, headliner and seats needed to be cleaned and the exterior of the vehicle had numerous scratches which needed to be professionally detailed out. All the salesperson, Anne kept telling both my wife and I was this is not a new vehicle and I’ll just have it washed again. Note: The vehicle was a 2020 with only 3k miles and was being sold for almost $44,000 .00 so not sure what she meant by it not being new. She never understood our concern that this was not acceptable and we had no time to wait around for this vehicle to be in acceptable condition, as that would take at least few hours to be done and we still had to drive another 3 hours back home. We left the dealership and was not contacted by a manager until at least 30 minutes and all she offered was the same response our salesperson, Anne gave us. Approximately, more than 3 hours as we were driving back home the General Manager , Cliff Beverly called to understand what happened, as he didn’t seem to be aware about f the issue. After explaining our concerns and great inconvenience, he still wasn’t to provide a resolution to this matter. Sadly, I’ve had other troubling experiences with dealerships owned by AutoNation in the past. More
This is absolutely THE WORST Mercedes-Benz dealership I have ever had business with! They took longer than promised, they didn't deliver the car when promised, they spent more time up-selling me, than serv have ever had business with! I returned my 2018 E300 with low milage and hardly driven.. I was a loyal customer and told them I would be purchasing a new car in the middle of May. I can not believe I referred my friends and neighbors to them. I will make sure that this known in our community website. They’re complete thieves. . We have so many other places we can purchase a Mercedes from . Stay away from them. You will NOT be happy. More
I visited this dealership three times in the past two years and they are, at best, disappointing. Came in to buy a Sprinter. After being kept waiting 20 minutes to find a salesperson, they were able to years and they are, at best, disappointing. Came in to buy a Sprinter. No help to source it, just a shrug of the shoulders. I bought at MB Delray Beach. Last week I stopped in to see an E450 but they had no salespeople and suggested I wait an hour. I just came back today (Sunday) and again no salespeople available and receptionist checked with sales manager and said they don't even have a 450 in stock to drive and then sat there - again no timing of when they would have one or any sense they cared to service a customer or make a sale. Not the place to go. More
