Never got a call back. The Agents there prioritize certain people. I’ll just say my young age might’ve been the factor that made my service poor. My most recent visit was good. My previous visit on 07.02 was horrible. I came in for maintenance only to find out my maintenance contract expired 2 weeks prior. I spoke with the service director Mar 07.02 was horrible. I came in for maintenance only to find out my maintenance contract expired 2 weeks prior. I spoke with the service director Mary Donnell who told me she would make a phone call to help me and call me back, I never heard anything. I sent an email to follow up and no response. Still waiting. When I was there on Thursday on one of the service desks was a plaque which said "we give it our best or nothing at all". So true! More
