Sorry to add this negative review but this dealership asked for it. I tried resolving my issue several times to no avail. Michael Kanen, and Scott in Finance wont return my phone calls. I purchased an extended warranty for my car September 2020. I sold the car October 20, 2021 to Carmax and provided prove to Michael Kanen the same day. They did tell me I will be receiving a check for the prorated portion left on the warranty. I contacted Mercedes Benz customer support and was told my warranty was cancelled December 20.21, two months after I requested the cancellation. They are now blaming the post office for a dealay in my check. They wont tell me the date of cancellation they are using or how much was allegedly sent to me. My next plan of action is to go to Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek on a busy week end day and advise every customer present the difficulties I have had with this dealership. More
Pls do not have Liz as your service advisor. This dealership does not care about making their customers happy, they are very money hungry before satisfying their customers. My car has 300 miles on it. I took it to the service department because it has a significant issue. They told me I did not have an appointment and they could not help me, they offered me an appointment department because it has a significant issue. The place is horrible, I have a brand new Mercedes’ and they will not service it. Very disappointing place. More

Poor service. I have attempted 3 times to replace the center brake lamp on my vehicle, but I keep getting the run around from my service advisor. Our experience at Merced Benz of Coconut Creek has been a very positive and pleasant one. The service representative was knowledgeable and very helpful, with good communication and promptness.
