I have seldom been happy much less Impressed with a dealer when taking a vehicle in for service; until Now! Not only was I warmly greeted within seconds of pulling up to the curb for my appointment, I dealer when taking a vehicle in for service; until Now! Not only was I warmly greeted within seconds of pulling up to the curb for my appointment, I was waited on within minutes by an extremely knowledgeable service technician, Kevin Alexis, that made the whole experience at a level I would have never expected. He listened to my concerns and timelines and offered valuable advice on the best action plan and then made sure the plan was carried out resulting in an excellent service experience unrivaled by any other dealership service department I have ever used in the past; that's saying something because I am in my sixties. Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek is the only place I will be using to service the mechanical needs of my MB Sprinter RV especially since they are exceptionally well versed working with Sprinters regardless what type of coach is connected to them.
