Water/ rain flooded the trunk of my car which shorted out the censors. That should not happen by my thinking, I also feel this is not the first time your advisors saw this problem yet he wanted to charge me the censors. As letters continue to arrive at my house offering me the insurance service for my car which is recommended by you but does not cover the repair of a sunroof, for me it continues to be a deception for us, your Mercedes Benz clients.
