My car salesman name is Arthur Dilworth Jr. He stated he just moved here. My experience with him was not the greatest. I don’t recommend him at ALL! I expressed my concerns with sales manager and I was VERY DISPLEASED and CONCERNED with this level of service I received. This is my 2nd time purchasing from this dealership. The first sales guy unfortunately moved away, which I might add provided me with the most upscale service. I felt like crap after I purchased the car from Arthur. After he asked for and received my bill of sale picture in a timely fashion, to give to the finance department, he just up and stopped responding to any of my texts. I never experienced anything like this in my life. I was respectful and professional. I even offered to show the texts to the manager. He just STOPPED RESPONDING. I felt as though I got robbed. Horrible customer service. I still had questions on the car because 1) The car was not at your dealership, they transferred it from another dealership. 2) When I arrived and saw the car for the first time in person, he was such in a rush to close up. I was promised a test drive and I didn’t get one, nor was I offered one, which we had an agreement to do so. 3) I had to examine the car really quickly and point out some flaws and the car wasn’t even detailed inside properly. Still unclean in some areas. I was shocked since it was certified and I’m purchasing the car for so much. 1st car I got was new. This second one is certified. So he agreed for me to come back so they can do a proper detail. I asked him, since I live so far, if he can make the replacement gas of the loaner vehicle complimentary for this huge inconvenience as well the rim was damaged and there were some scratches that could easily be buffed out..He responded with I would have to ask the Service Department about getting the gas complimentary. He did have someone from Service reach out to me the following day to make an appointment to fix some of the issues on the car and after my test drive I had all by myself. Imagine you buy a car and never saw it in person or test drove it? He was so quick to lock up and give me the car! He didn’t care about me after that. Buying a car is like buying a home. I would never recommend Arthur to my worst enemy. You need better employees because he makes Mercedes Benz look BAD! His service was awful too not helpful with the searches. He had to be instructed by me where to look in his system, when I told him I saw some vehicles at the Pines location he could not find them. Then I said did you go and look at their inventory? He then ended up finding it. But if I didn’t tell him that this vehicle over there, I would not have gotten a chance to purchase it. He didn’t deserve that commission on my sale. I hope this counts towards his survey for the month. I never received a survey directly for him, so hopefully this serves as the survey. 3) I also asked him to update my email in the system he didn’t respond. No answer to my call, no NOTHING. So I had the service department do so. ***I did ask the finance manager Scott to update the email, but when I called service they said it still shown the incorrect email. So I’m not sure if Scott didn’t update it at all like he said he would?? But service did update it and said once it is updated it shows up in finance and the sales departments of Mercedes Benz Coconut Creek. So I wouldn’t have to update with them. Arthur Dilworth Jr. is unprofessional and unethical. If I could rate him a -0 I certainly would. My appointment with service is coming up this week. More

The service was fast and the advisor Adam was nice. He suggested what was needed for my vehicle but he wasn’t pushy for me to get the recommended service like most dealerships do. I'M WRITING THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW OUT OF COMPLETE AND UTTER FRUSTRATION....MBUSA HELP !! My 2015 Mercedes sprinter van has been in Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek for the past 5 weeks. It has taken UTTER FRUSTRATION....MBUSA HELP !! My 2015 Mercedes sprinter van has been in Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek for the past 5 weeks. It has taken days and weeks at a time for Mercedes USA corporate to respond to the service department locally and when they do finally send a part it's incorrect or "unprogrammable." MB COCONUT CREEK CONTINUES TO PASS THE BUCK AND CLAIM THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE SITUATION FOR 5 WEEKS NOW !! There is a simple solution - escalate this issue to whatever level necessary to get this problem solved. The level of professionalism and urgency I've been shown has been very disappointing. My 2015 Mercedes sprinter van has been in Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek for the past 5 weeks. This most recent repair is absolutely unacceptable and incomprehensible that it hasn't been fixed in 5 weeks !! I have lost 5 weeks of sales and most importantly personal and business income. This has been a hardship for my family too. I imagine if the paychecks of the Mercedes Benz service personnel related to my vehicle being repaired, it would've been fixed three weeks ago. I'M AT THE END OF MY ROPE and am reaching out to get someone's attention at Mercedes Benz. I would gladly update my review should they actually make an organized, concerted effort to fix my vehicle.
