I called the number provided but realized that it is just the main number for the dealership so didn't go further than the virtual assistant. I had already spoken to a manager who offered a price reduction on the service from $1,500 to $1,100 all in but ended up getting it taken care of by a 3rd party for $400 all in including the parts that I purchased directly from your dealership. I was also told that the original diagnoses was incorrect but since I had the parts, they replaced them since they were already in there. The actual issue was a hose clamp that broke because it was incorrectly installed
