From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional, but what truly made my visit stand out was the outstanding service provided by David G. His knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire process not only easy but enjoyable. While there was a slight hiccup with Ariel from the financial department, who didn’t quite seem as excited to share in my joy, even that couldn’t take away from what was overall an excellent experience. David’s exceptional service more than made up for any small bumps along the way. Thank you, David, for making my car-buying experience truly memorable. I’m beyond happy with my new EQS 450+, and I’ll definitely be recommending Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek to others because of the great service you provided! More
Brought my car in for maintenance and to repair non-functional rear sensors. The maintenance was done properly and received video for same. There were problems updating some software and the car non-functional rear sensors. The maintenance was done properly and received video for same. There were problems updating some software and the car stayed for four days (a loaner was not available). Unfortunately, the rear sensors still don’t work and the car is stalls when accelerating. I will schedule another service with this dealer and hope that the issues get resolved. More
There was a car I wanted to get a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) on, and apparently MB of Pompano Beach doesn't do PPIs (I've run into dealerships in the past that also refuse; likely a liability thing). But (PPI) on, and apparently MB of Pompano Beach doesn't do PPIs (I've run into dealerships in the past that also refuse; likely a liability thing). But thankfully, MB Coconut Creek does. My appointment was with Service Advisor Kristopher K. Kristopher was super cool, and understood exactly what I after when I told him I don't want someone telling me only obvious stuff like a turn signal bulb is out, or tire tread/brake pad thickness; I want someone to take a deep dive into the car, and be my eyes and ears, since the car wasn't local to me. In fact, I didn't ask for a PPI; I asked for a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) Inspection which is MUCH more detailed and involved than a PPI, as the car has to meet high stringent standards to be eligible for CPO status. In fact, they have to inspect pretty much every single function on the car to ensure its working, as a part of a CPO Inspection. Chris assured me he understood exactly what I was looking for, and told me "There's a specific tech I want to take a look at it." And that's exactly what I wanted to hear. The tech that inspected the car was Carmen. And let me tell you, Carmen went above and beyond. He uploaded twenty four (24) short videos of his inspection process, literally going over every inch of the car, interior, exterior, underside, and mechanical. Its probably the most comprehensive and detail-oriented inspection I've ever had done. Needless to say, I got my money's worth, and then some...and the inspection wasn't cheap at all. So if you wanna check out an MB in the Pompano Beach/North Ft. Lauderdale/Boca Raton area, or you want your MB serviced with someone who's very meticulous and detail oriented, I'd HIGHLY recommend you book with Service Advisor Kristopher K, and ask for Carmen as your technician. You won't be disappointed! More
Worst ever car buying experience! This was my third Mercedes purchase at this dealership and until this purchase, everything was great. The salesman, Arthur, lied to me several times and tried to coerce me into purchasing insurance for something I didn’t need and didn’t ask for. When I questioned it, he lied and told me it was mandatory. One of the finance managers, Ariel, then told me that even though I didn’t want either of the extra insurance packages they added to my contract, even though I didn’t want them, that my payment wouldn’t change. When I asked him to explain how getting rid of 1400.00 worth of add ons wouldn’t change my payment, he couldn’t explain it. I was told by Ariel and Arthur that the documents were ready and all I needed to do was sign them. An hour later, i was still sitting in the showroom waiting to sign the contract. No one could tell me what the holdup was. When my husband went to the finance area, they were sitting there eating lunch and had done nothing with my paperwork. I understand that people have a right to eat lunch, but I was told everything was ready and that it should only take 15 minutes to complete the signing process. I’ve purchased many cars in my life, and this was unequivocally THE WORST EXPERIENCE ever. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced was beyond unacceptable. I won’t be purchasing another vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek. More

This is how I got the delivery of my CPO, GLE 2024 of total price of $93,000.00. Very dirty interior with accumulated dirts which never cleaned yet. The dealer decide to save money and not spending money for preparing the Gle 450 2024 model which is 10 month old only & deliver it as it is. Not even single feature in the car was explained while delivery. More
