I had a truly frustrating experience at AutoNation Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek that I feel others should be warned about. Salesperson David Gardner was very pushy, insisting I submit a credit application to hold a car--even though I clearly said I wouldn't unless the hold was guaranteed 100%. He assured me this was the only way and that manager Locksley Thorpe approved it. After I submitted the application (which triggered a hard credit inquiry), I was even sent a final invoice, making me believe the vehicle was secured. Yet, despite these assurances, the car was sold to someone else. When I followed up multiple times, David promised a manager would contact me, but I never received any response. Only after reaching out to another salesperson did I get a call back hours later with the news the car was gone. The lack of communication, broken promises, and complete disregard for the damage to my credit report is unacceptable. This experience felt deceptive and completely unprofessional -- especially from a luxury brand dealership. I strongly caution anyone thinking of doing business here to think twice before trusting their commitments. This was by far the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. More

Years ago when I started business with MB I was always able to contact abperdon via phone, today unless I choose the SALES button I can never speak to anyone. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional, but what truly made my visit stand out was the outstanding service provided by David G. His knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire process not only easy but enjoyable. While there was a slight hiccup with Ariel from the financial department, who didn’t quite seem as excited to share in my joy, even that couldn’t take away from what was overall an excellent experience. David’s exceptional service more than made up for any small bumps along the way. Thank you, David, for making my car-buying experience truly memorable.
