I cannot rave about my car buying experience enough. I tend to car shop a lot. I've shopped and negotiated no less than 11 vehicle purchases in the last 5 years. This was by far my best experience and it began with Jim Hensel. I got direct answers to direct questions. There was zero pressure. Financing was straight forward with no high pressure upselling. I was basically presented a menu of what's offered. I selected what I wanted and was out of there, quick and easy. I got a very fair deal on a quality vehicle. I will absolutely be back. More

He laid everything out for me. No hidden fees, absolutely surprises. I came with my own financing, but allowed them a chance to get me the best interest rate. Karen really worked on it. She got me an interest rate lower than what I already had. I don't usually like working with dealerships, but let me tell you this dealership is easy, open, upfront and honest.
