Bill Ashe spent some time to help me hash out what I really wanted. I was a little defensive because I thought he was going to just try to convince me I wanted something they had. He did not. We went out to the lot and both agree that they did not have something that met my needs. Bill took my name and number and said he would call me when something came in. Two days later, I got a call from Bill. He said "I think we found the car". I went to the dealership and saw exactly what I was looking for. We came to an agreement on price and on my trade that I thought was fair. I could not be more pleased with the experience. Thanks Bill More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Scammers! They showed us a car with many extra features, and then they swapped it out and sold a different basic version. Later when tried to return i Scammers! Later when tried to return it, the dealership denied any wrongdoing and threatened us with police to leave the property. Taking advantage of senior citizens! I even took photos and video of the original car and pointed it out...and they still denied everything. Horrific experience! Stay away. State Attorney General has been notified and complaint has been filed with BBB. More

My wife had a fantastic experience 2 months ago when finally purchased the infiniti QX80 at infiniti of clearwater (after looking into infiniti of orlando and infiniti of tampa where we were dissapointed with their approach and manners) with Mr Joe Reviere who was kind enough to deliver her new car to her work place at a reasonable price and the best deal between the 3 dealers. After the pleasant experience that my wife had purchasing the QX80 I decided to also upgrade to infiniti buying the infiniti QX60 that was not available at clearwater but Mr Joe Reviere went to other dealer infiniti to obtain the car that I wanted and brought it to me personally making another outstanding experience in the complicated process of buying a car. So far Mr Joe Reviere and pokey infiniti/lokey motor company has been the best experience buying new cars and for my next car now I know where to start looking. Thanks Lokey Infiniti and Joe More

So I got in touch with the closest dealer, Lokey Motor in Clearwater. And Joe Reviere is the sales professional who worked with me. He addressed all my concerns efficiently including stormy weather, test drive, finances and product detailed information. After reviewing my criteria, we agreed that the best fit is a Mercedes C250, in my preferred color. I feel happy with this choice and I'm proud to drive around in this very high quality and stylish car, Also, I was told that I can always call about any questions or concerns in the future, cool! Lokey Motors filed an unauthorized credit application Just prior to the scheduled delivery of the new car, Lokey Motors refused to honor a valid Power of Attorney, despite being told at least a week prior Just prior to the scheduled delivery of the new car, Lokey Motors refused to honor a valid Power of Attorney, despite being told at least a week prior that I would use one. My husband does not take time off work to handle personal business. I have bought and sold houses and cars since 1987 with a POA. Lokey reps said they could just put it all in my name, I said absolutely not, I have not held a job since 1987 and a $50,000.00 car loan would not be approved. They did it anyway, against my written instruction not to. I have already received three rejections from banks and my credit score has dropped 37 points. The sales manager, salesman and finance rep are not answering my email requests to back out those credit applications. More
Been a happy, loyal customer for 16 years I bought my first Mercedes from Lokey in 1999. I still have it (that's 16 years, folks!) and I've never taken it anywhere else. Some would say that it's foolish to keep taking the car to the dealership for repairs once it's out of warranty, but I have never regretted my patronage of Lokey. Because I appreciate their professionalism and service. My repairs have always been done well and expeditiously, and the follow-up and treatment I have received has always been top notch. I also like that i can get a loaner car (also a Mercedes except in rare instances) and that they've expanded to have Saturday hours. I've had the same service advisor, Alan Morash, since my first service visit, and he has been fantastic! He's a big part of why I keep coming back to Lokey for both service and now as I consider purchasing a new Mercedes. I never felt Alan was trying to profit at my expense. As my car has aged and the needed repairs have become more extensive, Alan has been sensitive to my desire to keep the car in good, safe operating order but not to invest too much money in the repairs. He is patient and willing to explain things, research questions and provide whatever follow-up is needed. I have already told the sales folks at Lokey MB that my purchase of a new Mercedes is contingent upon continuing with Alan as my service advisor. :) More

I first arrived to view a gorgeous 2010 Mercedes E63 AMG. I was greeted by a salesmen named Alexander . We spoke for a few minutes and I then asked to test drive this car. Alexander then informed me that he needed to qualify me first before I could drive the car. I then carefully left , walked over and got another salesmen who had no issue with letting me drive the car. I'll skip ahead to the part where I meet the man running this circus. The general manager Jason Good then greeted me after I asked to speak with a a manger. Right from the start he seemed very irritated to be speaking with me. He even yelled at the salesmen and asked "what am I doing with this?!" . Then he told me have a good day as if he was finished speaking with me. I said nothing irrational or brash. I was a customer prepared to buy a car I have been researching for months now. I've received better treatment from a Chevrolet dealership. This truly was the worst experience I've ever had when trying to buy a car. More

Joe Revier was great to work with from the minute we walked in the door until we left with our new vehicle. After wasting a lot of time at a nearby competitor selling the same car, Joe along with Miguel and Karen were able to put together a deal that we felt was very fair and actually what we asked for. The atmosphere of Lokey was very friendly and they truly wanted to help us. I would highly recommend this company to my friends. More
