Exceptional Service! It was just a few weeks ago that I began my car search online and was put in touch with John Sauer. I explained what I was looking for and within an hour he replied back with two vehicles that fit the profile! I chose one and it was delivered to their dealership immediately after production. I asked that my husband and I only come in one time to view the car and proceed with the process. Not only was he extremely accommodating, but he had everything ready and greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. He introduced us to Karen Williams who was also very professional and explained some things to us that no one had ever done in past car buying experiences. Again, she was very organized and made signing everything so easy. After this, John took me to the car and spent nearly an hour going over every button and every detail!! He asked if I had questions and encouraged me to call anytime with concerns. I drove away in a beautiful vehicle, just what I asked for, knowing how to operate everything, and no hassles.
