Tony works for his customers in finding the product which we desire (be it at another dealership or process in Germany) at the fair price which we expect without any unpleasant surprises resulting in a most satisfying and pleasurable event. Karen Williams is a absolute whiz when I comes to the paperwork required for extended warranties, finance and insurance, and of course the licensing and titling of my purchase. Alan Morash sets me up for maintainence schedules when due and if I need service not scheduled he always manages to get me in faster than I am ready.
