Exceptional Experience from Lokey and Sandy Ammerman I've been buying a new Benz from Lokey every 2 to 3 years for the last 10 years. I live in Sarasota, which is an hour drive, but Sandy Ammerman always I've been buying a new Benz from Lokey every 2 to 3 years for the last 10 years. I live in Sarasota, which is an hour drive, but Sandy Ammerman always takes incredible care of me and makes the trip worthwhile. I've recommended several friends and they have all been thrilled with their experience at Lokey and they all gladly make that trip from Sarasota to Clearwater. And I have to mention that Karen Williams always makes the deal fast and easy. I'm in and out of there in no time and I can count on her to get me the best terms for the deal. Awesome Experience Three months ago we went to have our '05 E320 serviced and since we were going to be looking to replace our high-mileage Acura RDX soon we figured we Three months ago we went to have our '05 E320 serviced and since we were going to be looking to replace our high-mileage Acura RDX soon we figured we would look at the new GLC. We met Russ and discovered he had a friend who lived down the block from us. My wife thought the interior felt a little confining until Russ suggested we look at one with a lite color interior, made all the difference to her. After we chatted we said we would be back in a couple of months. We looked at three other cars and were kind of turned off by either the car, dealer or the salespeople. When we went back for a second look Russ asked if I was a USAA member and I found out that I qualified for an nice incentive. We priced the car and went home and did our analysis or cars, prices and dealers. Russ checked in with us once over the following week, no pressure selling. My wife looks at me one morning and says, we have had great luck with our previous 4 MB's, the dealer is great, Russ is excellent lets get the Benz. Done deal, we are very pleased with the whole experience. Karen handled the paperwork very efficiently and professionally. More

Quality through and through I retired 15 years ago (from a manufacturer who competes with Mercedes) and was referred to Lokey Mercedes by friends living in the Tampa Bay area. I I retired 15 years ago (from a manufacturer who competes with Mercedes) and was referred to Lokey Mercedes by friends living in the Tampa Bay area. In that time with the help of Mr. Tony Pineiro I have purchased a total of five vehicles. Tony works for his customers in finding the product which we desire (be it at another dealership or process in Germany) at the fair price which we expect without any unpleasant surprises resulting in a most satisfying and pleasurable event. Karen Williams is a absolute whiz when I comes to the paperwork required for extended warranties, finance and insurance, and of course the licensing and titling of my purchase. Alan Morash sets me up for maintainence schedules when due and if I need service not scheduled he always manages to get me in faster than I am ready. I would also include Mr. Eric Coppin (Shop Foreman) who could probably build one of my cars in his sleep with the training and knowledge regarding the products of Mercedes Benz. More

Upon calling Lokey Motors I spoke to Joe Reviere. He was very attentive, professional & helpful. Joe took the time to listen to what I was looking for and worked with me find the vehicle I wanted. The experience of working with Joe made, me decide to buy from Lokey Motors instead of another dealership closer to my home. Best Car Buying Experience Walked in to the Lokey Mercedes dealership and met Russel Bauer. Because of some physical challenges we found it hard to find the right car to fit my Walked in to the Lokey Mercedes dealership and met Russel Bauer. Because of some physical challenges we found it hard to find the right car to fit my needs for comfort. Russel however never rushed or pushed me to a certain car but even went to the Lokey Infiniti dealership next door and brought around a QX50. I continued to go to dealerships (Volvo, Audi, Acura, Lincoln, Buick) to try and find the right car with tech features and a fair price. I had just called another dealership and told them I was coming back to buy a car when Russel called and said he had talked with the Infiniti manager and came up with a deal for me. He went out of his way to make the sale about my needs and not trying to sell himself instead, as at the other dealership. That was the difference! More

I asked Bill to find a specific car as a surprise gift for my Mother. Bill found the car as promised & went above & beyond to make the transaction an ease from beginning to end. He even assisted in gathering his staff to make it a memorable moment for my Mom. I am extremely satisfied w his service beginning to end. Also Austin Lokey deserves mentioning. Terrible Dealer Experience Purchased certified pre-owned MB E350 last July. After 6 trips back to dealer, last week another MB dealer found a damaged suspension part from previo Purchased certified pre-owned MB E350 last July. After 6 trips back to dealer, last week another MB dealer found a damaged suspension part from previous accident. Lokey refused to pay for replacement. Luckily Mercedes Benz corporate stepped up and paid to replace damaged part at $1,300. My wife and I had several "should have walked away" feelings during the purchase process. Never again. Wesley Chapel MB is the dealership to go to, they got it done honestly. More
