I had left Mercedes after having owned 5 starting in 1979 because one had to have an engine rebuilt {broken chain drive} not Fun!! And the dealership service was less than perfect in the 80's. By the way we love the service at lexus, but back to Sandy. We met Sandy Ammerman and She blew us away with her helpful spirit. My wife tells people that we have our own personal service and information Manuel with Sandy. Sandy takes our calls even at home, and makes us feel comfortable.
