Greig Larsen was so prompt and professional in assisting me with the purchase of my 2020 Acura MDX from MB of Clearwater. I had searched high and low in Sarasota Bradenton area where I live, but didn’t fin me with the purchase of my 2020 Acura MDX from MB of Clearwater. I had searched high and low in Sarasota Bradenton area where I live, but didn’t find quite the right one as far as options or pricing. While searching the internet, I found the perfect match / used Acura MDX at their dealership, so I contacted them and Greig completely exceeded all of my expectations both in response time and the price offering. I had spent considerable time doing my research on this vehicle with specific options, and it was priced very fairly!!! Greig and I completed most of the purchase/ process by phone, and when I drove to Clearwater to pick up my vehicle, he had everything ready and waiting for a test drive. The finance department and staff were so kind and easy to work with. I was in and out in less than an hour!!! Wow!!! Top notch experience!! Love my vehicle!! Would definitely purchase from them again!! I called the next day with some questions I had forgot to ask, and Greig provided me with all details of the service and warranty information. So happy!! Thank you Greig & MB of Clearwater!!! Definitely recommend them hands down!!!! More
I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned SUV. Demetri took my wife and me around to look and the GLE SUV’s. We found 2 we liked and Demetri made sure we knew the differences. We love the the vehicle and the whole experience. Both Demetri and Charlie were great. I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Clearwater to anyone. We will be back for my wife’s car when it’s time. I recently purchased a brand new 2023 Mercedes from Mercedes of Clearwater. I am writing this review to detail my most unpleasant and unprofessional experience I had with my salesperson Alexandra frant Mercedes of Clearwater. I am writing this review to detail my most unpleasant and unprofessional experience I had with my salesperson Alexandra frantsevich. I went by the night before and she seemed nice and told me to think about the vehicle and if it would make me happy. I thought about it overnight and decided I wanted it. I reached out to Alexandra the next day to advise her that I would be in to make the purchase, she let me know she was off and asked if I could come the following day to which I replied I was hesitant to wait due to the fact that I didn’t want the car to be sold. She asked if I could come at 9 and I said no, I let her know I would arrive around 1pm (x-apple-data-detectors://embedded-result/727). She said that was her day off however she would come in make the sale to me. Once I arrived at the dealership, I greeted her and thanked her for coming in and we proceeded to take a test drive. This unfortunately is where things started to go downhill. We proceeded to take a test drive, she sat quietly and would not explain features of the vehicle to me. Once the topic of financing came up I let her know I secured my own financing to which she replied “ we don’t work with that bank, why will this be a dealbreaker “? I replied yes it could be, Alexandra then proceeded to roll her eyes and say “i knew I shouldn’t have wasted my time by coming in today “ which she repeated twice. Both myself and my friend sitting in the backseat were flabbergasted by this rude and uncalled for comment. However, I still proceeded to purchase the vehicle. When she asked for my key remote, I handed her the one I had and she demanded the other one to which I replied I don’t have it. Alexandra then barked at me saying “well if you don’t give me a 2nd key remote I am going to charge you for it”. She rolled her eyes at me more than once during this conversation. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I chose to remain calm and not react to that. Next, I asked for my 2nd key remote and Alexandra very rudely stated “I already gave them to you, I don’t know where they are, you need to look for them in your bags”. Once again my friend and I noticed her rolling her eyes. We finally found the key remote and she tells me I need to hurry and leave because she can’t leave until we pull out of the dealership and she made a promise to her daughter to get her by 3 and she is not the type of mom to break a promise to her child. I let her know I would be out shortly however, I need to be sure I have all my things and she continues to say “I knew I shouldn’t have come here”and rolls her eyes. at this point I am truly upset because she tainted the mood and my joy of buying another Mercedes. She was downright rude and disrespectful to myself and my friend. She made this experience EXTREMELY unhappy for me. I will not be doing business here again and I hope Alexandra is trained on proper customer service etiquette. Until then, if you do go to this dealership be sure t o do your best to avoid Alexandra frantsevich. More
I purchased a used 2018 Fiat 124 Spider convertible from this dealership. It was a very good experience. The car was in excellent condition and the salesman, Greig Larsen was easy to work with. This place is awful! We bought a $60,000 car. Need a new windshield. I first have to bring the car in so they can “look” at it. Then, pay for the windshield. Then th We bought a $60,000 car. Need a new windshield. I first have to bring the car in so they can “look” at it. Then, pay for the windshield. Then they will order it. Then after two weeks they can schedule an appointment. This has been the worst experience with a car I have ever had. When we got the car home, we noticed bumper damage. The manager accused us of getting into an accident on the way home. Luckily, they take photos for Internet sales and when my husband looked at them…low and behold the damage was there. More

We just took delivery of our 2023 EQS580 from MB of Clearwater. Overall it was a very good experience. Our sales executive Joe Reviere was great. We ordered the car about 5 months ago and he kept us Clearwater. Overall it was a very good experience. Our sales executive Joe Reviere was great. We ordered the car about 5 months ago and he kept us informed on the build. The staff at delivery were great. They walked us through all the features of the car and how to operate everything as this is our first EV. Highly recommend Joe and MB of Clearwater. More
