I might mention that they honor the Sam's Club $500 bonus cash which was icing on the cake. This is among the best new car purchase experience I have ever had in many years of car purchases. I will recommend Clearwater MB and Tristan in particular to anyone I know in search of a new car and a fair and honest dealership. More
The vehicle was delivered to my home by flatbed. Within 3 miles of driving the car, the tire pressure light came on, and I had to find a gas station to inflate the tires. After visiting another MB dealership, I was told the combination of the white exterior paint with the Neva Gray interior was not available. There were lots of options with black interior, but to me, bla combination of the white exterior paint with the Neva Gray interior was not available. There were lots of options with black interior, but to me, black is not practical for Florida heat. Marc at the Clearwater dealership was amazing in making sure I would be a happy customer. He worked with me to get a custom order GLC 300 SUV placed with my preferred options and the best price with available discounts. I couldn’t be happier to have had great status communication, attention to detail, and being made to feel like the most special customer! Marc Sexton is the best! Brandon, the trainer, was exceptionally patient, as I had lots of questions about the programming and customization. I will definitely be back for refresher time with Brandon. Sorry, I do not remember the “paperwork contract lady. She explained thoroughly all the “add-ons” available, and how it would play into my ownership situation. He was not rushing us to make a decision and was available on the phone to answer all the questions we had. At the end we decided to buy E350. The next day he called us for a follow up to see if we had any questions. Everyone was very nice and efficient and knew the products, Dennis helped us with the set up of the app and all the gadgets and the finance dept put no pressure to sell us anything. Great Job! We will be back next time. More
