On 8/19/2024, which is a Monday, I tried to contact my representative, Teresa Tran, regarding the service performed on my Sprinter van. Unfortunately, she did not answer or return my calls, and I had to leave a voicemail. The service on my van is incomplete, and no one has informed me about it. This behavior is highly unethical for a dealership of this caliber. I need answers to this situation. If I don't hear back from my representative, I will have to visit the dealership in person to address this matter.
