Great service as always by Zeke and the team. Very to make an appointment and get my car service. The availability to have maintenance completed on my car on a Saturday is a great convenience. DON'T OVER PROMISE IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER. However, my experience has been marred by the lack of follow-up and disappointing customer service from Derrick Sabatier, the Sales Associate. Before finalizing the purchase, I had specific concerns about the car that I wanted addressed and resolved. Mr. Sabatier assured me that these issues would be taken care of, which gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase. However, upon closer inspection, I discovered that several problems remained unresolved. The rear left panel had scuffs, the hood had nicks, and the trunk equipment was missing (although they did replace the broken trunk cover). Furthermore, Mr. Sabatier repeatedly assured me that the car was equipped with Apple CarPlay, which was an important feature for me. Unfortunately, when I reached out to Mercedes Corporate, I was informed that Apple CarPlay was only introduced in the 2018 models. This was disappointing and frustrating, as I had been misinformed. Since purchasing the car, I have made multiple visits to the dealership to have these initial concerns addressed, as promised. However, during the first visit, Mr. Sabatier informed me that they were unable to resolve some of the issues. Despite the evidence suggesting otherwise, he continued to insist that Apple CarPlay was present in my car. In early May, I left a voicemail for Jerry Foyt, the General Manager, but received no response. The scratches and nicks on the car's exterior continue to be a major concern for me, especially considering that I was assured they would be fixed prior to my purchase. When I brought the car back for the second time and discovered that the issues had not been resolved, Derrick assured me that Mercedes of Clearlake would rectify the situation. He mentioned that they would repaint the damaged area at no cost, but also mentioned that this would be reported on the CarFax report. I strongly believe that Mercedes should take full responsibility for repairing the damage without it being reflected on my record, as I was initially promised the issues would be resolved before I took ownership of the vehicle. After all, I did not cause the damage. On May 8th, I picked up the car, only to find that the same scuffs and nicks were still present. It seemed as though no work had been done, and Derrick appeared surprised by the lack of improvement. He assured me that Mercedes of Clearlake would make it right and said he would call me on Monday, May 15th, to schedule another appointment. Unfortunately, despite leaving several messages, I have not received any follow-up from him. I even spoke to Brett Jordan, the Used Car Director, on May 16th, and he promised that Derrick would contact me, but as of May 21st, I have yet to hear from anyone. Additionally, when I picked up the car, I was not provided with any paperwork regarding the paint job or an updated CarFax report. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson about the importance of getting everything in writing when making a purchase. It is also crucial for sales professionals to avoid making promises they cannot fulfill. Regrettably, Derrick over-promised and under-delivered throughout this process. If I had known this would be the outcome, I would not have chosen to purchase from Mercedes of Clearlake. More
I purchased a used Mercedes Benz, as I drove home, around the bend to my home at 20mph a malfunction deployed my side skirt air bags and rear passenger air bag while I was driving. Due to the deployment of t the bend to my home at 20mph a malfunction deployed my side skirt air bags and rear passenger air bag while I was driving. Due to the deployment of the airbag, it scared me as I am recovering from injuries sustained from work. No collision happened during this malfunction. It simply deployed while I was moving. Upon being completely startled that the airbag would permanently incapacitate me due to this malfunction it resulted in terrifying me as it spontaneously combusted. After bringing my car in for review, I am appalled by the lack in integrity the company Mercedes Benz has, being the multi-billion dollar business they are. I own a 2008 Mercedes Benz E-350 and the car seemed pristine until this happened. Due to the poor, conceited and unprofessional review of my car and losing days of work from bringing my car in for review. Their response was blasphemous and I’ll say it again, not integral. I will be bringing it to an even more professional company that will review my vehicle as I will be contacting the attorney general and pursing legal action against Mercedes Benz. Sincerely, James B. My salesperson was great. My issue came with the Finance Manager who lied about maintenance. My EQB came with two years free maintenance, which we did not know at the time, so My issue came with the Finance Manager who lied about maintenance. My EQB came with two years free maintenance, which we did not know at the time, so we agreed to buy the plan. The finance guy Reginald Bailey was who scammed us. Yes, shame on us for not knowing, but shame on him for taking advantage of our trusting nature. I will never do business with MB Clear Lake again! More

Just purchased a 2022 Mercedes E450 Wagon from Greg Duvernay at Mercedes of Clear Lake and have to highly recommend Greg and the Team at this dealership. The General Manager and Sales Director, both m Duvernay at Mercedes of Clear Lake and have to highly recommend Greg and the Team at this dealership. The General Manager and Sales Director, both made an effort to ensure that my experience exceeded my expectations. Also, have to give accolades to the Finance Manager, Glen Samuels, who ensured that my purchase was aligned with my financial plan and his candor was so refreshing with regards to the options. If you are seeking to purchase a Mercedes, be sure you go to Mercedes of Clear Lake and see their beautiful new facility. The Service Department is worthy of any Mercedes regardless of where you purchased it from. More
2 months after buying the car, a transmission issue happened which cost $3,000 + to repair, i did reach out to the two sales persons Cherie and J.R. and they said they will see what they can do and get happened which cost $3,000 + to repair, i did reach out to the two sales persons Cherie and J.R. and they said they will see what they can do and get back to me, and of course they did not. They stopped answering any emails, messages, or phone calls. A very disrespectful thing to do. A great car buying experience turned into a horrible one… It seems if you don’t buy a $60,000+ Mercedes, you will not be considered a customer. More
