This is absolutely ridiculous my car has been there since the 5th of June JUNE!!!!!!! My car has not had the ignition turned on since the 28th of June. I bought a brand new GLE 53 to not have to drive a demo that I was never offered two months 2600 bucks a month for the payment. This is absolutely unacceptable. Call the customer care number as directed they were less helpful the only thing they did was try to call the dealer and they did not answer. My third Mercedes went in this same time frame was diagnosed said needed rear rotors and pads get it back tire presure light was on and you couldn’t hold the wheel when you tried to stop for it shaking. They test drove it and brought it in the bay for me to take shaking so hard. Plus the tire presures were all different. I took it in for a break light on the dash spent 600 bucks this is crazy More

I had a mailed coupon with Mercedes Benz of Clear Lake for an Express Service A (priced at $79.99). The friendly service advisor had no idea that such a coupon existed. While I was in the waiting area she came back to inspect the coupon a second time. Before I left she needed it again to make the price adjustment from a ridiculously high list price to the coupon price. Not great, but that was not the main issue. While the coupon advertised a one hour service it took two hour for doing what amounts to an oil change (something Jiffy Lube does in 30 minutes). There was another lady in the waiting area who also needed an oil change for her car. She arrived before me and her car was not ready when I got my car back after more than two hours. When I complained to the service advisor how long it took to an oil change she told that they were backed up in the shop. If they cannot do the advertised service in one hour then they should not say so. I tried to contact the service manager but he was out of the office. I expect an answer from him when he gets back.
