Casey at The service department treated me as if I didn’t belong there. I had a scheduled 5 pm appointment, which clearly said I would wait for my vehicle. After arguing with me for ay least 10 minutes, they belong there. I had a scheduled 5 pm appointment, which clearly said I would wait for my vehicle. After arguing with me for ay least 10 minutes, they finally took my car to the back to be serviced. He also told me no one was there to perform my inspection, but then came back and said there was. After about an hour waiting, my vehicle was returned to me dirty(although part of the service includes a complimentary carwash). While I sat there waiting, I observed 2 other client’s car was delivered to them washed. More

The mini I purchased worked for a week and broke down. Fernando the sales rep pretty much washed his hands off this and said we purchased a used car and it’s on me. The car was very unsafe to drive and he suggested I drive it in. It was turning off as I drove it. I tried several times to get him to do the right thing. After about 2 months, I gave up and had someone come by my house and diagnose the car. The battery was dead and $500 later it’s running again. Very disappointed in this dealership. More
