Today was my first time visiting Mercedes-Benz Clearlake for car service, and I must say everything was exceptional. From the timely check-in process to arranging an Uber ride for me, taking me home, and pi for car service, and I must say everything was exceptional. My car was cleaned immaculately inside and out, and the service was performed perfectly. Unhappy about this service trip. It took over 3 1/2 hrs to complete a tire rotation with having a scheduled service. There was no ETA given until 30 minutes prior to being completed.
