I needed service on car along w warranty work. I was recently diagnosed with illness and staying at MD Anderson in Houston. The technicians were aware of my situation and kept me apprised of the work being done & were happy w letting me keep car there until close to discharge date. Had some road rash taken off wheels , car detailed inside and out and all necessary work completed. When I initially spoke with Brett, the sales manager, I was met with smooth-talking sales tactics and no accountability. However, after the issues I raised, Brett finally took some responsibility. It’s clear that either dishonesty or poor-quality mechanics are at play here. Regardless, withholding crucial information from a buyer is completely unacceptable. More
