The technicians were aware of my situation and kept me apprised of the work being done & were happy w letting me keep car there until close to discharge date. Had some road rash taken off wheels , car detailed inside and out and all necessary work completed. Additionally, they neglected to inform me about an existing recall on the vehicle. To make matters worse, the mileage on the paperwork was incorrect. When I initially spoke with Brett, the sales manager, I was met with smooth-talking sales tactics and no accountability. However, after the issues I raised, Brett finally took some responsibility. It’s clear that either dishonesty or poor-quality mechanics are at play here. Regardless, withholding crucial information from a buyer is completely unacceptable. More
