Now another issue has come up in the car as well the car is in the warranty but the dealer is making excuse to get it fixed i left the cadilac car dealer my car had a gas 450 mile they hold my car two days rutern my without work done when looked the gas tank has 93 miles gas that is complety cheating More

The third time I brought the car in for the same thing a weird waxy crayon smell. Zeke has done a good job and noted he smelled what I was talking about. Once explaining to the the tech and taking him for a drive he also smelled the smell I was talking about. Zeke unfortunately was out of town when they told me the car was ready. Took almost 3 weeks to figure out a shock was leaking. This smell has been going on for over 6 months. They tried to address it the second time. Th third time they did ozone and some other treatments. Speaking to jesse on my way out he basically tried to blame it all on a pack of gum under the seat. This wouldn’t explain why it’s worse with the windows down or in a sport mode. I asked him what the plan was since they opened up a ticket with Mercedes and the car is still under warranty. He basically told me take it to another dealership. I asked if I should bring it back and he wouldn’t give me an answer kept talking in circles. This car has 16k miles on it should still have the new car smell. I never got an answer on what could be calling the smell. I kept telling them there is a lot of info online about it. The car was there a month and I still don’t have an answer. Jesse wouldn’t even give me a straight answer on wether or not to bring it back if it continued to smell. This is a garage kept car with very few miles should still have the new car smell. Happy with Zeke. Disappointed with the tech attention to detail and jesse basically dismissing me and saying everyone smells different things when Zeke and the tech had already acknowledged what I was talking about and said the car should not smell this way. I’m at the point now where I’m looking at a bmw to trade this thing in. More
