The staff was wonderful, and the car was everything they said it would be - all genuine parts, mats, mud guards, everything. This is this first time I've bought a car without ANY problems with it. This dealer is honest, and makes the process hassle free. I was on the road with the new car in two hours. They're awesome to deal with, especially Gordon, and they aren't just trying to get money our of you. I was surprised if find such a good staff right next door. Can't recommend them enough. They're the greatest dealer I've ever met with. More

She not only provided two great options but financing, and guided us through the purchase process as our advocate. When it came to her attention that another person was interested in the car my wife wanted, she called me. I was at the airport, getting on a plane, and she told me that she didn't want me to lose the opportunity to get the car we selected. I held the plane from taking off as I put a down payment on it to hold the car. Upon my return at delivery she had everything in order and we were in and out of there in 20 minutes. Melanie is a great person and made the process simple and free of stress. She is a true professional and a great person to work with. Outstanding Customer Service With Pure Class The last time I bought a car was 14 years ago, and it was a long, frustrating, and harrowing experience. At the time, my Dad was with me to add his manly essence to the festivities. I cannot begin to tell you of the many twists and turns I experienced that day and evening in that showroom, in that chair; that chair that seemed to be designed to seek the very ruin of my soul. I kept that Kia for 14 years, and it has served me well. I maintained it and had it repaired as things just wore out. However, lately, the old boy has been making some very expensive-sounding noises from underneath the wheel well. And when the hood of my Kia recently experienced the beauty and grandeur of a magnificent young deer, in all his glory, leaping forward onto the road in that breathtaking, surprising way they have, I made a decision. As I sat behind the wheel in the calming glow of the hazard lights, I dared to dream of my longing for a Smart Fortwo. When I arrived at the very first Mercedes Benz dealership I had ever been to, (sans Dad, may he R.I.P), my salesman, Brian Murphy called out to me. We had exchanged emails, and he was expecting me at that time. He made me feel welcome, right from the start. He listened to me and my somewhat unformed ideas, but he seemed to understand what I was looking for. He was very patient with me, and very knowledgeable. I expressed some concerns that family and friends had shared with me because they felt that a Smart car was going to be too small to mingle with all the big guys on the road. As we test drove, Brian pointed out all the safety features, and even explained the history and the solid construction of the vehicle. He was so helpful and reassuring, and I felt no "sales" talk or pressure. When we got back to the showroom, things went so smoothly and conversationally. When I went to tell Brian what I had in mind for my monthly budget, he held up his hand to stop me, and told me that he had an idea that he wanted to present to his manager, and that he would be right back. And, shortly thereafter, he did return with an unbelievably excellent deal! He thoroughly went over every detail and all possible options, and gave me the best information that I needed to make a comfortable decision. Before I knew it, the financing was done, and Brian was putting the temporary license plate on my beautiful new car. Then I finally allowed myself to get excited! I was so thrilled with the whole experience. This was one of the easiest, fun, and happiest experiences I have ever had in purchasing anything as major as a car. I thanked Brian for making this so effortless and joyful for me, and he sincerely said that he just loves to make people happy. I am not a person of means; that is easy to see. I'm just an older, working lady who toils away in an office. I drove a noisy, clunky, deer-scarred and dented Kia onto a Mercedes-Benz lot. Yet, Brian treated me with the respect and kindness and care as if I had intended to buy a much more expensive vehicle. I will always recommend Brian, and this dealership, to anyone who is looking for excellent service, and I may already have one or two people interested. I could not be happier. And I love my new car!! More

I would rate it as Recently, I purchased a 2016 Mercedes E250 Bluetec from the Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. It was a seamless car buying experience. I would rate it as one of the best in my 43 years. I worked with Chris Dow as a salesperson, he listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the right car for my needs. I was particularly interested in the Bluetec (diesel) series of cars for the amount of travel that I do and the gas mileage I required. Chris, his sales mgr (also a Chris) and the Finance director (Katie) worked as a team to move the buying process through quickly and with ease. I never felt pressured throughout the process. I truly felt like I had a Mercedes team working for me! More

The Best Car Buying Experience!!! First let me just say...I don't like going to Car Dealerships! Like most people, I don't like dealing with pushy Salesmen asking me what I can and can First let me just say...I don't like going to Car Dealerships! Like most people, I don't like dealing with pushy Salesmen asking me what I can and can't afford...etc. But, When I saw the Infiniti of my Dreams at a local Mercedes Dealership...I was like this is going to be a nightmare most likely???WRONG!!! I have to say... I was completely wrong and have a new found respect and trust for Car salesmen. I went to this dealership in Montgomery and as was immediately met by Anthony. Anthony was charismatic and very down to earth. He was very honest and open about the dealership and the Car I was looking at. I have to say the entire buying experience was Fantastic! No pushy negotiations or under handed agendas. Anthony explained everything and answered all my questions honestly, respectfully, and even went as far as making even my wife feel comfortable with the purchase by explaining any and everything to her as well!!! I have to say if you or someone you know is looking for a Mercedes NEW or USED, or even another kind of luxury vehicle please visit onsite or online Mercedes or Montgomery!!!
