After 16 years my husband persuaded me, rather unwillingly, to look at the new E-350. Zack Glutz was recommended by a mutual friend who is VERY particular. Our friend has bought four cars through the years from Zack. In our case Zack has met all our expectaions. And the car has too. Zack spent a lot of time explaining the different features and even stopped by our home to make sure the garage opener was working properly. Now that's service. Zack is personable, available and knowledgeable. I am glad to have him as my mentor for this mechanical marvel. This is my second car from this dealer. I chose it mainly because it is close to my work and home and the cars are nice. But what keeps me here is Charlene. I started the buying process online. My debate was between Cadillac, Infiniti and the C Class or the E Class. I built my choices at the various websites and then went to dealership websites to see wh between Cadillac, Infiniti and the C Class or the E Class. Shane answered a couple of questions for me online and then we had a phone conversation. After that he responded with a quote that, by all my research, was very good right out of the gate. I was offered a chance to compare the two cars which I did. I also went to the other dealerships to test drive cars. I found the experiace at Mercedes of Cinci to be the best and Shane was, by far, the best salesperson I dealt with. All of my questions and needs were met in a timely and professional manner. This was the best experience I have had buying a car. Period. More
Great dealership, super modern, and worth a drive of over 100 miles. Got a full tour like my ownership would mean the whole team with me till the next one. Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati reneged on a deal we struck for a used car because they felt like they could squeeze me out of another couple hundred bucks. How slimy do you have to be to be to screw somebody for a used car because they felt like they could squeeze me out of another couple hundred bucks. How slimy do you have to be to be to screw somebody over $200 when you already agreed to pay $50k? Then they acted like reneging on the deal was commonplace - no big deal for them. This was not a case of a hidden fee popping up that they claim is mandatory. The salesman and I agreed on price and terms, he took my SS# to title the car and then changed his mind. Unbelievable. Management is aware of this situation and supportive of this poor behavior. More

I've had two bad experiences with the workmanship of their customer service dept. My Service advisor is a great guy and he's the only thing their service dept. has going for them. I had my car in gett their customer service dept. My Service advisor is a great guy and he's the only thing their service dept. has going for them. I had my car in getting aftermarket shocks and springs installed on my SLK, they returned the car to me after the install - I immediately noticed a rattle from the right rear wheel area... took it back to the dealership, demanded they put it on a lift so i can see it.... turns out the technician left the top half of the spring compressor on the right rear spring.... shoddy work. Experience 2: took the car in for some minor warranty work - they fixed most of the problems (except 1 minor rattle) and returned the car to me. On the way home, on the highway, I notice what looks like cowl shake - something I have looked for and absolutely never noticed on my car. I pull off the exit and check the hood - not latched - NO JOKE. Now, when raising the hood so I can close it again, I notice something else scary... they were replacing the oil filler neck and had to remove the airbox - they forgot to reattach the intake runner tube to the airbox, it was just sitting in the engine bay unattached. It really makes me wonder - I'm not so comfortable having them do work on my cars anymore. More
