I recently purchase a 2013 GLK from Shane. He was on the ball and very friendly. He was knowledgeable and wasn't pushy- very professional. The overall experience was excellent. We negotiated fair trade-in and purchase prices and they delivered the car as promised. Both Zach Glutz and Charlene Salyers have exceeded our expectations for customer service in dealing with automotive dealers. Most recent experience was September 6 when my wife's E350 would not start and Charlene expedited the bureaucratic process of my phoning in the problem to a number in New Jersey. I went to the dealership to report the problem and Charlene hooked me up with the service man who immediately drove me to the disabled car to start it. More

We have been buying cars from Bruce since 2006, we bought cars with him even before he moved to Mercedes and we keep going back to him for his outstanding customer service. I would say that Bruce has a broad cars with him even before he moved to Mercedes and we keep going back to him for his outstanding customer service. I would say that Bruce has a broad knowledge about the cars he sells and his assessment is always accurate. One thing we appreciate a lot is his listening skills, he puts the interest of his customers first and takes the time to listen before making any recommendations. In this business, and when buying these type of cars, it is always akward to have a conversation about how much money one is willing to spend, nevertheless, Bruce makes the conversation very comfortable and we have been extremely satisfied. He spends time with customers even when he knows we are not ready to buy within a month or so, we like to shop around and he knows that so, he is never pushy and never starts throwing dead lines about sales or offers just to complete the sale. He is all about customer satisfaction and takes a lot of pride on the brand he works for. My wife and my two teenagers love to buy from Bruce because he also pays attention to their needs and understands them. He is very friendly and very respectful. I have recommended Bruce to some of my co-wrokers who already bought cars from him and were extremely satisfied. More

Chris Walker is a definite asset to Mercedes of Cincinnati. Ever since he sold me my SLK55, I have been very pleased with his response and actions to whatever question or situation involved. My experience was let's just say unique. The car originally advertised and sold to me did not have the options it was supposed to have due to the wrong sticker being on the car. I didn't realize this until I got home with the car. After discussing what I thought were substandard fixes to the problem, the only resolution given to me at the end by the dealership was to bring the car back and my money would be refunded. What kind of resolution is that? I still didn't have the car I thought I bought at the price I bought it at. I didn't actually get the car I wanted until I called my attorney and even then I had to bring additional dollars to the deal to get the car with the right options because the car I thought I bought originally was not available. I think that stinks! I don't believe I should have had to bring in any additional money, as it was not my error, but I did, as the car I received was newer and included a few additional options the original car did not have. I'm not an unreasonable person or looking for anything for free, but I really don't think I was treated fairly considering the circumstances. What should have been one of the best and most enjoyable purchases I ever made turned into a battle and a nightmare. I haven't heard from the dealership since other than the mailings to buy accessories. I know I will buy another Mercedes, as so far I do love the car, where that will be or where I go for service remains a question at this point. In 35 years of buying cars, I thought I'd seen it all. I was so wrong. More
