Since this vehicle is a company car, we worked with our fleet management company who, by pure coincidence called Shane to work through the purchase. Shane, in short order found the exact vehicle we wanted and had it delivered in a few days. The purchase process was about as easy and as pleasant as it could ever be. During the delivery of the car, Shane took about 1 1/2 hours to explain every detail of the car's operation, introduced us to the service department and made us feel incredibly welcome. There is no doubt in my mind that we will have this car serviced at MB of Cincinnati (switching from MB West Chester), purchase our next vehicle from MB of Cincinnati, and place our first call to Shane when it is time to do so.
