My experience with Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati was by far the greatest car buying experience to date. From my initial contact with Mike Campo educating me on the car to the sale and delivery from Chris, eve the greatest car buying experience to date. From my initial contact with Mike Campo educating me on the car to the sale and delivery from Chris, everything was top-notch. I never felt pressured into my decision and my every question was addressed and explained to clear any uncertainties I may have had. I am especially impressed with the level of interaction after the sale remaining at the same high-level. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I look forward to returning for my wife's vehicle. More

We always felt like he was taking extra special care of us. He went above and beyond what we could ever expect. His knowledge of the cars was unbelievable. He has followed up with us after our purchase to make sure everthing was fine. He has helped us figure out small problems we were experiencing immediatly after our purchase. Example: The exact specifications I wanted were not available on the 2013 model so he recommended that we order a 2014 (same price). Another sales rep would have tried to find a "close" one and then pushed it. I will definitely be recommending this dealership, and specifically Shane, to friends. The other dealership told me that the SLK250 did not come in a manual. Shane got the car ordered and helped me to decide the best options (with the manual transmission). My husband and I visited the dealership on July 15th to test drive a specific vehicle that was on the web site. Shane helped us and when we returned from the test drive, he talked about how the dealership test drive a specific vehicle that was on the web site. Shane helped us and when we returned from the test drive, he talked about how the dealership works very hard to develop customer loyalty. We really liked the car, and called Shane the next morning to schedule our second test drive of the same car for the evening of July 16th, knowing that we would likely purchase it after that drive; Shane even asked us to bring in our old car so he could estimate the trade-in value and he knew our bank had preapproved our financing. On our way to the dealership that evening (which is an hour's drive for us), Shane called and told us the car was sold. He gave us no heads-up, no phone call to say that someone else was interested, no nothing. We then asked him if he could find any similar vehicles at other dealerships, and he said that he would. We never heard back. So much for developing customer loyalty. I would never shop at this dealership, and I will tell all my friends and colleagues not to shop at this dealership. Thankfully I am now the happy owner of a BMW M3 from a dealer who has gone over and above on the customer service front. More
