Thad ensured the car was ready and waiting as planned - with an added touch of a big red bow in honor of my Wife's Birthday. My Wife was so exicited, she was still trembling as we completed the paperwork. As business relates to the Staff at MB, all went extremely well, efficient, w/minimal charges against our time. We were in and out within 90 minutes of arriving to pick up our CLA 250. Thad patiently discussed all options specific to purchasing vs. leasing, share calcs, and advised on saving money, such a one-payment lease arrangement, which we ultimately chosed. Lastly, given the car was inbound, Thad stayed in communications with us via phone and email during transit, and without any prompting from us. This assured my Wife and I that Thad was working the delivery of the vehicle on our behalf and that we need not be worried - the CLA 250 was on its way. Just as assuring was the no special requirements levied upon such as requiring a certified check at the time of pickup. An added touch, he provided the name of the Service Manger, along with his business card. Thad also reviewed the car's controls, safety features, and accessories with my Wife and I, the last piece in closing the deal, before we headed home. Truly a pleasant experience in every sense of the word and Katie, the Business Manager, ensured all the paperwork to ratify the sale was in order as well. Mr. Hargett was a natural. He was encouraging and informative. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed. I had not seriously considered purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. The trip to this dealership was fifth on my list: GMC, Toyota, Mazda, Chrysler and then Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. Experiences varied. Surprisingly, at some of these dealerships it seemed to be an effort for any member of the staff to leave the sitting position! Seriously, I was quite surprised. Mr. Hargett convinced me by explaining in detail exactly why I should consider owning a Mercedes-Benz. I drove a car on several occasions, went over specifications, prices and operating instructions. I was introduced to and talked with other staff members, including Robert, Charlene, Brion and Jennifer. I asked to visit the service area. Seeing that area and talking with service staff is another opportunity to evaluate the dealership's competence. Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati easily passed that test. We reached a fair price and the rest should be an ongoing, enjoyable experience! More
