PURCHASE OF 2014 ML 350 REGARDING PURCHASE OF 2014 ML 350 4MATIC 16 MAY 2014 FROM MERCEDES-BENZ OF CINCINNATI Short answer is that my wife and I are very pleased with the REGARDING PURCHASE OF 2014 ML 350 4MATIC 16 MAY 2014 FROM MERCEDES-BENZ OF CINCINNATI Short answer is that my wife and I are very pleased with the manner and purchase process that we experienced at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati (Cincy MB). An organization is defined, I believe, by the reputation and image projected to the public. From the Buyer’s perspective, continuity of employment, maintenance of knowledge capital, and ease of doing business with a trustworthy agent is paramount. The Buyer seeks familiar faces that he/she trusts to advise him/her about selections and/or solutions to issues in product fit and vehicle maintenance over the life his/her ownership. From our perspective, Cincy MB epitomizes this definition. We had previously (2007) purchased a vehicle from Cincy MB and had seven years of experience with the organization. Unlike other dealerships that we have dealt with where we experienced constant employee turnover, we remained in contact with the same personnel (Zach, our Salesperson), and Bob (our Serviceperson). They consistently met our service expectations and were pro-active in many instances over the years of checking on our driving experience-I e that personal touch. Our latest purchase of a 2014 ML 350 at Cincy MB was consummated because of our experience as outlined above. I would encourage anyone contemplating a purchase, after doing your due diligence, contact Cincy MB and speak with Zach or someone in the organization about purchase and judge for yourself. I've tested other cars and been to other dealerships, but This is the third new car I've bought from M-B of Cincinnati, and Zach Glutz in particular. During our first and second purchase, Jed went the extra mile to make sure that we were getting the vehicle that we truly wanted..even if that meant trading with another dealership. My partner and I never felt like a number. We were always treated with respect and kindness. An Excellent Car Purchase Experience It was recently my pleasure to purchase a low mileage 2013 Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. My initial contact was by telephone with Jennif It was recently my pleasure to purchase a low mileage 2013 Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. My initial contact was by telephone with Jennifer Weibel who provided me with a complete package of information on the specific vehicle via email and then set up a mutually convenient time later that day to personally meet with Jed Hargett and view the vehicle. Jennifer was extremely courteous and helpful. She represents the Mercedes-Benz brand and the dealership very well. Upon my arrival that afternoon, the vehicle was parked front and center under cover just outside the new car showroom and Jed Hargett was waiting to greet me. As I got to know Jed over the next few hours including a thorough review and test drive of the vehicle during which Jed was meticulous in pointing out all the vehicle's features, it became quite evident that Jed is the consummate gentleman and professional. I might add that the vehicle's condition was indistinguishable from new, both inside and out. After the drive we settled on an equitable price and arranged for me to pick up the vehicle at my convenience a few days later. At the time of delivery the paperwork was quickly completed and then Jed spent nearly three hours reviewing all aspects of the vehicle's operation with an open offer for follow up should I later have further questions. I could not imagine another Mercedes-Benz Sales Representative being more courteous, professional and knowledgeable than Jed Hargett. In summary, I would very highly recommend Jennifer Weibel, Jed Hargett and Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati to anyone interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned Mercedes. More
