High Level of Condescension and Arrogance - Sales Manager I found our initial interactions with our primary sales person to be "good" although I confess that I generally dislike the car sales process (I am le I found our initial interactions with our primary sales person to be "good" although I confess that I generally dislike the car sales process (I am leaving him out of this as he was nothing but gracious to us throughout the process). However, "good" turned to uncomfortable when we were introduced to the sales manager Mr. Wilson. I dared to mention that I have been very pleased with our service level for our two Lexus vehicles and hoped that if my wife purchased a Mercedes that she would remain happy. He scoffed and said that Lexus is really just a souped up Toyota and that while hardly a real luxury car they have done fine, but now we would be dealing with Mercedes. A 30 second interaction confirmed why I had always avoided Mercedes before. I let it go as my wife really liked the car. After the one we wanted was sold, the primary sales person was kind enough to find a new one at another dealer, but neglected to get the odometer reading. The day before my wife was to pick it up he called to say it had 650 miles on it (knowing I had already been concerned by the 93 on the prior one). He apologized profusely. My wife wanted to know what sort of a deal they would make and again had to speak with Mr. Wilson. Uncomfortable deteriorated to arrogant priggishness. He refused to give much of a break and let her know that she was being ridiculous (not in those exact words of course). My wife saves lives for a living and was treated as if she were not worthy of a Mercedes. My wife informed the primary sales person that she would be buying a Mercedes but it would be elsewhere. She had a delightful experience 24 hours later buying a car at the Ft. Mitchell Mercedes dealer, Avoid this dealer and go to Ft. Mitchell. Friendlier, hipper, cheaper, and nice perks. My wife is ecstatic. More
Another Great Mercedes Benz Buying Experience I was looking for a low mileage used Premium 2 ML350 so went to Mercedes Benz of West Chester where I'd bought previously. They had none in stock but I was looking for a low mileage used Premium 2 ML350 so went to Mercedes Benz of West Chester where I'd bought previously. They had none in stock but put me in touch with Chris Walker at Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati. Chris had exactly what I was looking for, a 2012 with 17.5k miles and after a short negotiation the deal was done. No surprises and excellent follow up the make sure I was totally satisfied. Once again a great Mercedes Benz buying experience thanks to Chris. More

Problem with car was taking care of in a good manor. The purchuse of the car was great but after we got the car home and it sat for a few hours it smoked when first started. We didn't think much of it because it was covered by the factory warranty. We took it to a Kia dealership and they gave us the run around and said the engine was full of sludge and the warranty would not cover that so I brought it home and pulled a valve cover to check for myself. The engine was clean as a whistle. I took the car to a different Kia dealership and they have had the car for 7 weeks so far and told me the engine has bad piston rings the third day they had it. They are still waiting to see if the warranty is going to cover it or not. I have only had the car in my possession for a total of 2 weeks. After we talked to the mercedes dealership and told them what was going on they said they will do what ever they can to make sure our car gets fixed and they are going to make our payment for the time we dont have the car. This has not been a great experience with the car and the mechanical issues but mercedes is making the best of it for us. More

Serendipitous I visited another MB dealership in Columbus and was basically written off. When I contacted MB of Cincinnati, I was given above par customer service I visited another MB dealership in Columbus and was basically written off. When I contacted MB of Cincinnati, I was given above par customer service and was felt as though my best interest was being considered, from the moment I walked in the door. I was not pressured at all and felt extremely comfortable talking through my options with Chris Walker. I will definitely go back to Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. Thanks for a great experience! More

No other dealership we visited came close to the competitive lease price we were offered on the 2014 C300. We will definitely consider another vehicle from this dealership when the lease on this vehicle expires. More
