I was short on time, which Jim intuitively sensed. He did a great job of staying focused on my questions and needs. His knowledge of the vehicle and highly responsive efforts to follow up via e-mail or phone to respond to my questions were great. His low key sales approach and adaptive style to me (the customer) left a positive and confident impression that led to me coming back again for a test drive, etc. Since the purchase he has followed up a couple of times to make sure that I am pleased with the car and to answer any questions. A great experience from start to finish. Thank you! More

We visited the dealership for something to do and to look at a GLA 250 which my wife thought were attractive. There was never any pressure to buy, never any pressure in recommending any particular car. Most of all, he did not ask the kiss of death question, "what would you like your payment to be". As you are well aware, people who buy high line cars, quite often pay cash. Anthony also paid good attention to my wife even though I was the ultimate decision maker and negotiator. We have had bad experience in all but 3 car dealerships over our 40 years of buying new and late model vehicles. These dealerships never earned a dime from us. In that, we visited your show room just on a whim with no real intention of buying a car, then bought a late model pre-owned car gives credence to his sales ability. And we are both happy with the transaction, with the car, the price and the service. More
