I asked her to test drive the car for me and asked for her honest opinion. I felt very comfortable with her. No sales pressure at all. I end up buying the car and had it transported to Virginia. Mel coordinated everything from start to finish. The car arrived in my drive way the day it was promised. It was like everything Mel described it to be. The car is nice and the price is right. Attention to details This location used to provide good service, but not any more. I have spent over 6 thousands in fixing my car in the inside seats and the headliner plu This location used to provide good service, but not any more. I have spent over 6 thousands in fixing my car in the inside seats and the headliner plus some other things. They left the wire under the seat hanging, prints on the brand new headliner, they messed up the rubber seal for the back door which I had to fight to fix. Once I brought the car to be detailed inside only they messed up and add a the outside and still charged me. I told Charlene who wants to detail a car from the outside in the winter? She said well it is done now so they forced me to pay. After fighting a lot for lots of stuff I stopped going there. The quality of work was really bad lately. I honestly don’t recommend this location anymore. As of being friendly and all that forget it. I just don’t understand why customer service in all MB I have been is so dry and rough around the edges.
