Fun experience Several years ago I met Jed Hargett when my usual salesperson was not available. The first time we met a few years ago, I drove up in a clunker. Yet he still treated me like a V.I.P. He offered me the first of a few test-drives…and each time we'd go out, he would take the time to explain every detail of the vehicle. Jed never gave me the uncomfortable, high-pressure sell. He paid attention to the details of the purchase, and followed through on everything he promised. Whenever I needed him, he was always accessible. If there was a paperwork error or a hiccup of any kind, he addressed it swiftly and double-checked with a follow-up. A car dealership is only as good as the people who represent it. So, if I don't trust the person I'm dealing with, I won't buy the car there. Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati earned my business. I'd buy from them again, in a heartbeat. Job well done, guys. More
