We spent a very pleasant 2.5 hours with Chris Walker, an amazing and exceptional member of the sales team! And yes, after being encouraged to compare several different models, we purchased a Mercedes Benz that is a dream to drive! Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati provided an exceptional customer experience with Chris and Shaun leading the charge. They encouraged our questions and offered honest answers. We were given "room" to discuss our thoughts without awkward interventions. As we progressed in our conversation Chris offered objective suggestions as to things to take into consideration when purchasing a new vehicle. In addition, he very effectively pointed out the various new safety features and technology designs intended to keep Mercedes Benz drivers out of harms way. Our experience at Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati was only enhanced by staff from both sales and service who were as taken by our Great Dane, Lefty, as we are. He was very helpful in answering my questions in order to have any information I may need before coming in to meet with a salesman at the dealership. Once I was ready, he had me meet with Anthony at the Montgomery location. Anthony was very pleasant, kind and non-pressuring. He was able to answer our questions all while making us feel at ease with the entire process. The purchase of our vehicle from this dealership was by far the best and easiest process I have ever been through. I new my current car was at the end of my lease s I went to get my car washed one day a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of meeting Melanie Parsons. I new my current car was at the end of my lease soon so I walked over to look at the new cars. I had done the same thing a couple times over the summer but when I talked with a previous sales person Zac Lutz I was never able to reach any type of deal and always left a bit frustrated. I found Melanie honest and very knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable talking with her and the numbers of a new lease purchase seemed comfortable and I was happy to purchase from her . While I was talking with her Zac even got in the car I was test driving that Melanie and I were talking about and it totally seemed uncomfortable that Zac did that. I must say the next time my husband and I purchase a lease it will be from Melanie. I find her to be a great asset to you dealership and we have purchased many metcedes and bmw's in our past . I have two small kids, and Chris Walker learned a lot about me, my family and our needs quickly, not only did he get me into the right car for me, it was nearly one of the least expensive on the lot. He wasn't in it for the big sale, but to make us happy customers. I visited 3 times, and he didn't once ask for my contact info. He didn't harass me or push me at all. I ended up buying from him because all of the other sales guys at Audi and BMW weren't exactly as "passive". I believe if someone's going to buy a car, they will-- just let them do their thing and be helpful! This described my experience working with Chris. Highly recommend! More

Sales Representative Zach Glutz listened to me and picked-up on what I was looking for and expertly directed me the current, available selection of certified, late-model E350 sedans. Zach clearly explained the features of the cars that interested me. He accompanied me on a test drive and demonstrated its features. Negotiations were straight forward; no "full-court-press"...my decision to buy or not…I felt like I was in-charge. I bought and the financing, trade-in, title work, insurance changes, etc. all went as smoothly as the shifting of an eight speed Mercedes Benz automatic transmission. Delivery and explanations were thorough, informative and confidence building. This is why I highly recommend MB-Cincy to anyone interested in a new or certified Mercedes. More

Zach has the three qualities essential to an outstanding professional sales representative -- technical knowledge, people skills, and business savvy. I spoke to Zach about ordering a 2016 C450 when reports of the new model first appeared in the enthusiast press in Fall 2014. Zach and I worked together to specify options in May and changed them twice as new info from M-B became available. My new car arrived as promised the week of September 21, was promptly prepped, and was delivered September 24. Everything about the purchase was first rate -- ordering, price, delivery, and follow-up. I've had my cars serviced by M-B of Cincinnati for fifteen years. During that time, the service department has consistently improved, going from very good to outstanding. My service rep, Justin Kraus, always delivers on his promises. Service and repairs are done right the first time, the car is ready when promised and is freshly washed and vacuumed.
