He listened to our needs, then walked us through the options available and helped us to finalize the features/options that best suites our need. We got overwhelmed by his gentleness to give respect to our religious belief and drove to work to take care of the handing over formalities during his time off period. Also, spent adequate time with us to demo the features available in GLC 300 and take a tour to the Service department. Hats off to his professionalism and compassion.
