I have done business with MBC before, which caused me to feel comfortable with doing business with them when it came time for me to purchase a new car. My experience was fantastic and what really sticks out to me was when Chris said, "Now, you know that we will spoil you here." And, my response was, "That's why I came." Everyone was so pleasant. Zach Glutz has been so kind and helpful to us even though we buy "pre-owned" cars, we decided we trust him and want his expert advice and his help with learning all the technology the new cars afford. I have even once called him from Washington DC to ask how to reconnect my iPhone to the system of our 2008 E350. He spent a whole afternoon teaching us about the 2014 E350. By the way, he chose it for us and had it ready for us to look at when we got there. He had twice sent pictures and details of all the cars we might consider but it was the only car we drove, and we bought it! More

When we entered the Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati showroom, we were greeted by Zach Glutz. He LISTENED to my wish list and did not disappoint! He guided me through the selection, purchasing, delivery, and tutoring process of my 2017 new vehicle. He sent me frequent informative emails. Zach is very welcoming when I stop by the dealership to ask a quick question about one of the gadgets in my SUV. He responds to my questions in a kind and professional manner. Recent Used Car Purchase I recently bought my first used MB remotely and Chris Walker made the experience really easy! When I asked for additional photos, Chris quickly oblig I recently bought my first used MB remotely and Chris Walker made the experience really easy! When I asked for additional photos, Chris quickly obliged by going in to the office on a Sunday. All in all, the whole process from start to finish with the car being transported to TX, took approximately two weeks. My only very minor issue was if you are remote, do not expect to be the top priority only because I wasn't physically in the showroom. Thanks MB of Cincy for a great first time virtual purchase!!! Sales staff Discrimination M-B Cincy sales staff, Chris Dow, failed to indicated the vehicle purchased did not have a front license plate bracket and when asked after the sale s M-B Cincy sales staff, Chris Dow, failed to indicated the vehicle purchased did not have a front license plate bracket and when asked after the sale suggested I just drive without a front license plate--apparently thinking women are too dumb to know it's the Ohio Motor Vehicles law that requires it. Sales manager, George Bic, won't even give the curtsy of returning a phone call, and finally the dealer prep for delivery was poorly done--the inside window glass was never cleaned and the previous owners insurance card was in the front floor. White glove service When spending the amount of money a person spends in buying a car, I believe the service level you receive should be beyond what you get when you go t When spending the amount of money a person spends in buying a car, I believe the service level you receive should be beyond what you get when you go threw a fast food drive thru. I have purchased cars in the past that don't understand that, and chances are, I won't go back. Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati provides the service I expect when shopping for a car. It took me three or four visits to the dealership before driving away in my new car but each time I visited, the vehicle I was looking at was prepped and sitting in the front ready for my consideration. The salesperson, Zach Glutz, was professional and did not pressure me to make a decision. Each time I arrived at the dealership he was prepared and gave me his full attention. I financed part of the purchase price and the financing department had everything ready for us and took us a total of fifteen minutes to be completely done. I have absolutely no complaints about Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati and highly recommend them if your considering purchasing a Mercedes. More
