Very efficient and genuine My husband and I felt very comfortable with Tim. Even though he was busy when we got there. He acknowledged us. He surprised us by borrowing the ribbon from another car just so we can have a great memory with my brand new car and he took our picture which made us so happy. My husband will be coming back so Tim can help him find a nice Mercedes car or SUV as well. He checked on us often making sure we were comfortable while we waited for the finance department to be done. Being a mixed couple we are often snobbed or get looked down upon. I can truly say we did not get that feeling with Tim or we would have walked out like I did with Lexus. I will never own another car other than a Mercedes ever again. Very easy to do business with My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. Being a current Mercedes owner we knew that we wanted another Mercedes. Upon arriving to the dealership our salesman quickly produced keys and allowed us to test several SUVs and Sedans. We were able to quickly decide on the vehicle we wanted and made a purchase. The entire process from multiple test drives to purchase was less than 2 hours.
