Also I would like to thank Anthony I don't what position he worked, he wore black and his race was Hispanic. I left something in my car and I was told that the dealer ship closed at 6:00pm I had to be there by then, so when I arrived they were already about to close, there where three gentlemen getting off and I explained that I called an advisor and let them no I was on my way and could they leave my merchandise at the front. So when I tried to get the three gentlemen's attention, anthony was the one who turned around and helped me, he ran in to see if it was left anywhere, although it wasnt I still have to thank him, because he didnt have to do that, thanks anthony and keep up the good work, i really aprreciated your great customer service skills. thanks from a satisifed customer. Horrible Dash was cracked. Front license plate not on when I got there they had to take it back, had to wait. Gps was loose. When I got home my back license pl Dash was cracked. My car was dirty even though they said they would wash it. Etc, etc. Trying to get me to pay for more service, even tires, and I just recently got new tires. My car doesn't go as fast as it use to go. I want the things fixed that they broke!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service!!! More

I was in a state of utter infatuation with the brand. Fourteen years later, I found myself wanting to avoid the familiar colors of gray and blue. I wanted to venture out to a more jazzier color. On August 7, I discovered that jazzier color in a Cardinal Red C300 Mercedes introduced to me by my original salesman, Mr. Paul Price. Mr. Price helped me navigate the process of purchase from beginning to end and beyond. He explained to me in great detail all aspects and features of the car. He was friendly and patient and answered all questions put to him with diligence and honesty. It was truly a wonderful experience having him as my sales rep. He even presented me with a box of chocolates upon conclusion. What a great experience and what a great sales rep!!! More
