Terry is the BEST!! I’ve had a Mercedes for about 15 years, and I have been going to Fletcher Jones since I moved here 8 years ago. The last 3 times I brought my car in for service, I saw Terry. He listens, he is courteous and he submits a quote and leaves a message. He provides the bottom line and is always available to answer any questions I have. He is an example of what customer service should be everywhere. I am a single mom with 3 boys in college—I have to budget. Terry always clarified what has to be done and what needs to be done, allowing me the option to plan for my future repairs/service. He is sensitive and caring—a rare quality. He makes getting car service pain free. He is the best!! Oh and I love the new Marque. More

Dan Hoffman (and Lynn) were amazing! So, this is my second time taking my brand new Mercedes into this service center (I closed my garage door on it this time. Argh!)
