It was a very pleasant experience! We traveled 35 miles and chose Mercedes-Benz of Chicago over our neighborhood MB dealer because Mercedes-Benz of Chicago had the right color and options combination along and chose Mercedes-Benz of Chicago over our neighborhood MB dealer because Mercedes-Benz of Chicago had the right color and options combination along with the right price. We visited our neighborhood MB dealers many times, and every time, the vehicle we wanted was always 3 days and $1400 transportation fees away!! When we went to Mercedes-Benz of Chicago, we drove home with our beautiful new truck in less than 3 hours. Their finance department did a great job on getting us the loan with the terms that we really wanted, no games, no fooling around. Their sales people were friendly and very knowledgeable about the models they’re selling. As long as they keep people like Moe G and Micky Sasso on their team, our next vehicle will be from Mercedes-Benz of Chicago for sure. More
Coming from a career of service myself, I am very sensitive to the quality of service that I receive at other establishments. While I usually detect deficiencies at most if not all places that I am sensitive to the quality of service that I receive at other establishments. While I usually detect deficiencies at most if not all places that I am at, at Mercedes Benz on Chicago, I detected anything but! Much to my surprise, their attention to detail was quite impressive, making the client feel important and valued from the moment I arrived until I left. As soon as I pull into their service department (which by the way was immaculate), someone is always there to greet me and make sure that my needs are meet. They communicate well, phoning me with updates and expected time of completion of service on my car. When I have gone in to consider buying a car (which we often do- they are the best cars!), again, they make me feel like I am in great hands, because I am. I was reminded how much I like dealing with this dealership when I owned a different car, and I hated dealing with both their service and their sales department. I realized how spoiled I had become, and traded the car in for a Mercedes. I told my sales person at Mercedes-Benz of Chicago that I use, Jim Jordan, that I felt I had come home again. Try this place out--you won't be sorry! More
First off let me begin by telling you that going into a Mercedes Benz dealer in work out clothes and having the intention of buying a vehicle unannounced was to my complete shock with it being the best car Mercedes Benz dealer in work out clothes and having the intention of buying a vehicle unannounced was to my complete shock with it being the best car buying experience to date for me, I have had over 20 vehicles in the last 5 or more years and they all ranged from 30k to 100k+. I was greeted by a young lady who promptly walked me to a gentleman who was my salesman named Tony Canino and before leaving me with Mr.Canino she offered and brought me back a coffee and some fresh baked cookies, that was a nice touch but after all was said and done the treatment I received only surpassed that! Mr.Canino and the pre-driven manager John Willis not only found me the perfect vehicle they had such a persona about them that it felt like I wasn't dealing with your A typical salesmen they made me feel like I was talking to friends. I am a big stickler for customer service and the whole process was FIRST CLASS and I will be planning on go to them from now on!!! Second note, every time that I had to get a hold of Mr.Canino and or Mr. Willis they were there to even get me in and out for the complimentary carwash's with ease great service, great building, and great vehicles what more can you ask for! My experience at the Mercedes Benz Service Drive on Division St was very pleasant. As I entered the building I was greeted by professional staff (Mr. Martinez) with a smile. This dealership is very focused on delivering quality service. I am always greeted immediately when I bring in my car. Any and all issues are completely resolved to my satisfaction. The Service Dept. people are attentive and quick to answer any questions that I might have. In a world where customers are often-times taken for granted, it's truly a pleasure dealing with the Service Dept. at Mercedes-Benz Chicago. They've taken Customer Service to a whole new level of customer satisfaction. More

I brought in my 2007 E class for a noise that I kept hearing. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly service advisor. I told the advisor that I wanted to wait for my car to be serviced. The waiting area is extremely comfortable with an abundance of amenities (cappuccino maker, flat screen tv's, free wifi). After waiting for approximately 20 minutes, I was brought back to see the technician that looked at my car. Technician Larry was able to explain and visually show me the cause of the noise. It turned out it was a minor suspension issue. In addition to diagnosing the problem I came in for he also did a free inspection overall on my car. I decided to leave my car there for the noise repair and was given a loaner car to use until my car was fixed. Overall I was very impressed by my whole experience and felt very confident that my car was in good hands. More
I was looking for a 2010 R-class last month and contacted this dealer over the internet. I was interested in a car that only had under 100 miles (or at least that what they told me) on it and they took $1000 this dealer over the internet. I was interested in a car that only had under 100 miles (or at least that what they told me) on it and they took $1000 deposit over the phone. George from the dealership told me that he would call me and let me know the exact miles on the car and I was ready to fly to Chicago to take delivery the next day but I never received a call from him until noon. Then I called him and he said he would go to the warehouse to check on the car and call me after an hour and also said that go ahead and book your tickets and everything will be ready when you arrive at the dealership but I did not book my flight tickets. I told him I need an email confirmation with the current miles on it. Then he called me back after an hour and said that "I am sorry to disappoint you because the car has very severe damages but I can give you an identical R350 which has 14,000 miles on it for the same price". I was like what?????????? Basically they lied to me saying the R350 had less than 100 miles but originally it had over 14K miles on it and when I asked them the proof then George came up with this BS story saying the car was damaged. How could you deal with the customer without knowing the car was damaged? Even if the car did have damages how come the dealership would sell me an identical demo model with 14k miles for the same price as a brand new R350? Who will buy the demo for the same price as a new model? I hate this dealership. No wonder all over the internet people posted very bad comments on this dealership. I would never advise anyone to deal with this dealer in the future. On the other hand I had a very good experience with another dealer who did everything beyond my expectation and I will be posting comments for them soon. I would advise everyone to read the reviews in the internet before they talk with car dealers. More
