Avoid this place. This is my 2nd Mercedes, I had an apt with the manager Anthony Scala, to test drive 2 cars. It took 45 mins to test drive a C-class then when I asked to test drive the E-class the sales with the manager Anthony Scala, to test drive 2 cars. It took 45 mins to test drive a C-class then when I asked to test drive the E-class the sales person and the manager agreed, it would be best to come back to test drive the 2nd car "they were closing". Maybe since i'm a woman they didn't think I would go somewhere else. It was 7:45 they close at 8. I went out to westmont and test-drive both cars that same night. They stayed open late and I took home a new E-Class. Chicago Mercedes has the worst customer service. More
i recommend you NOT WASTE TIME at MB Chicago. I went in this morning for my appt to see a car. The salesman would not get me a value for my trade because i was going to a Cadillac dealer next to see anothe this morning for my appt to see a car. The salesman would not get me a value for my trade because i was going to a Cadillac dealer next to see another car as well. I told him exactly what part cash and what part trade in i expected. Exactly. He told me for sure the numbers would work when i came back. I saw the Cadillac and then made the trip back for the E550. Of course i found out "there was a difference of opinion" on the value of my car. What a waste of time. Why couldn't he have gone to ask Dad how much my car was worth when i was there the first time? What a farce and i fell for it. No respect for my time!! More
I contacted Fletcher Jones Chicago about a used car I found online. The sales person who got back to me could not have been nicer or more helpful. We did all our goings back and forth by email and only talked on the phone when I was sure I was satisfied and ready to go and have a look. My experience with the dealership could not have been any better from initial contact through finally signing on the dotted line! I drove from TN to look at the car and drive it before I made the purchase. The car was exactly as described. The sales team, Ryan, Mo and Jimmy were outstanding in their help. I had a truly wonderful experience with Fletcher Jones and would recommend them to anyone that ask. More
