I returned to Mercedez Benz Chicago 3 weeks ago even though I had moved to the west suburbs the year before. The reason was my great experience with Paul Price on my first purchase in 2011. However, Alvin made us feel very comfortable and there were no hard pressure sales tactics. He was very patient with me as I had a ton of questions and I couldn't make up my mind. The experience that I had could have gone in a few different directions. I was in the market to replace my S550 and had contacted several dealerships within the Chicago la different directions. I was disappointed with the level of service I was receiving from Mercedes Benz so I had began looking at other dealerships outside of Mercedes Benz and decided to give this dealership a chance. I called MB Of Chicago and was transferred to Mr. Joseph Smalzer who greeted me with such enthusiasm, I told Joe what I was in the market for and he immediately started the search to getting me into my new car. Joe did all the required follow up and follow through and at the end I purchased a beautiful 2013 E350 Coupe. Thank you Joe !
