My wife and I are first time Mercedes-Benz clients and we were very pleased with our experience. Our salesman, Frank Bertone was great. He was very professional, knowledgable, and detail orientated. We drove in from the northern suburbs to buy a car we had already decided on. The sales person that helped us did not know very much about the vehicle, and when you are spending $75k on a car, it would be n already decided on. The sales person that helped us did not know very much about the vehicle, and when you are spending $75k on a car, it would be nice to have a knowledgeable person walk you through the bells and whistles. Seemed as if she had never sat in a Mercedes before. She did tell us she had never "delivered" a car before because they had people who did that, but had just made it a part of the sales persons job. I have since learned she is gone. We just had our first service done on the car, and it was a huge time waster. When you drive in, the valet asks who your service advisor is...we had no idea. The valet looked like a deer in headlights, unable to comprehend this, thus causing him to ask us the same question several times. 10 minutes later, the car was finally taken back for service. We had requested the shuttle be available when we made the appointment. Fifteen minutes later, the driver decided he could take us. Since we were only going about a mile, it was a quick ride. We were told just to call when we were ready for a ride back. We called, and were told it would be 30 minutes...really? If I weren't wearing heels, I could walk there faster... All in all, we have been very disappointed with the dealership...and we are buying a BMW next week, definitely from a different dealer. More

Mike Kendal went above and beyond our needs to meet the sale. He was very proactive and determined to get us the car we wanted by going to his manager and trying to get the price we could afford. I came here on a Saturday and I was blown away. The salesperson I was working with was a little over zealous in telling me that the car I wanted to purchase was available. He knew I was coming from over 30 miles away to PURCHASE. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by the receptionist and she told me Dustin would be right with me. After waiting about 10 minutes this older lady who said she was the manager told me that Dustin would be with me soon. After waiting another 25 minutes and watching the "manager" apply lipstick at the desk at least 2 times, Dustin finally came down. He told me that the vehicle I wanted was SOLD! Couldn't he have told me this before I drove over 30 miles that the car was sold? Next, he tried to sell me a car I had absolute not interest in. He kept asking if I would please look at another ML and drive it. He said that he had to make a sale today and kept asking if I would look at something else. I was insulted. I did not know begging was a sales technique at Mercedes-Benz. Then when I said I had to go, the older lady came back and said that I needed to drive this other car before I left. She asked me question after question after I told her I had to leave and I was really upset with the whole experience. She was very pushy as well. I expected A LOT MORE professionalism from a Mercedes store, but sadly I was wrong. I will never return. More

I came in looking for a 2013 C63 AMG and not only did they have exactly what I was looking for and made sure all the T’s were crossed and I’s dotted, but the personal touch was unbelievable. The fact that I bought a car from them over 8 months ago and yet I walked in to the dealership and Paul Price remember not just me, but my wife and children by name was astonishing. He is what I would consider to be the consummate professional. The efficiency that Christopher Bard showed while evaluating my trade in and making sure everything was in line and ready to go when it came to sign the paperwork was fantastic. How many of us could say that they were in and out in less than an hour when closing on an automobile? And of course the fearless leader that is Dave Gonzalez made sure no stone was left unturned. I was very impressed the first time I dealt with this team last year, but anyone can impress once. But after seeing this a second time, I am now convinced that this is standard operating procedure for Mercedes Benz of Chicago. Needless to say I will not be buying a car from anyone else.
