Brand new owners and desperate to fix an engine light caused by a faulty Nox sensor. Called on Friday 1:30 pm and talked to Shane and he assured me that the part would be in for repair by Monday. We adjust our camping plans to accommodate and was at the dealership at 7:30 am. 2 hours later, the Altas is not fixed because they didn’t have the part saying the part was not ordered in time (before 4 pm). We were unable to stay so drove to our destination 3 hours away. Next day, still no part. We gave up working with this dealership and will go back to Michigan to get it fixed. So far, not so impressed with MB More

Third party service appointment process needs improvement. They assigned me to the wrong service advisor and knew nothing about the service special. Bring back loaner cars.
