The reason for the 3 review is they often forget to do the things they say they will. Last month with my service, I asked for the tire pressure to be checked and the code to be reset. Got home, not done a the things they say they will. Last month with my service, I asked for the tire pressure to be checked and the code to be reset. Got home, not done and the code still lit up. New wipers were installed, they dragged. Replaced with the next service. Battery light is on, I get home from service visit, light is still on. I return, battery is replaced and I was asked if I wanted to wait an extra 30 minutes for a car wash. I said yes, waited, they walk me to my car, car was not washed. They fall down in the quality control. Nice people, but the job for me has never been completed. They let the little things drop. More

In for regular service, 2 new tires, alignment and a starting battery on our GLC-300. Was greeted on-line and checked-in by Morgan who was courteous and efficient, and who communicated well throughout starting battery on our GLC-300. Asked beforehand to verify the car was complete (Keys, Spare, Manual) with Manager Michael, was told it was. Price was agreed as well delivery to my home. Smooth to this point. When car arrived after my inspection found the emergency flat repair kit was missing. Matt Wagner the rep who delivered car said he would order and send to me on July 25. I had not heard from Matt so texted on Aug 9 and he replied he'd have it in a couple weeks. On Sept. 19 texted him again and was told He checked with Parts Dept. it was "backordered with no ETA" More
