They made a deal I couldn't refuse. I had been searching for the right car at the right price earlier this year. I had been to a couple dealerships with really bad results. She was very informative and really listened to what I wanted. When we found "the car" then she really worked with the manager for truly a price I could afford. Bought the car on the spot. I love it! They're very wonderful in the service department too! They even took the time to change my clock and set my navigation for vacation when I came in unannounced! ! Wow, now that's service. Try them. I think you'll love them. Jessica made a complicated experience easy. More

My Mercedes was doing jerky motion when driving, so this dealership did the diagnostics and advised me to replace the transmission for about $6000. I declined their offer and got it checked with an indepen dealership did the diagnostics and advised me to replace the transmission for about $6000. I declined their offer and got it checked with an independent Mercedes repair facility. They fixed the problem by resetting the adaptive transmission and charged me less than $100. I went back to Plaza Motors west with my car and talked to Herbert about the wrong diagnostics, they did. He said he was sorry and offered me a free oil change but I insisted on the refund of my diagnostics fee. He declined to refund the diagnostics fee, so I left. I complained to the Mercedes headquarters and they tried to negotiate with Plaza Motors West but invain. Later, I complained to the credit card and they were also unable to get the refund of the diagnostics charge. This dealership tried to loot money from me with their wrong diagnostics. I will never recommend this dealership for anybody. More
My wife and I had all new brake pads and rotors on our Range Rover Sport and while we did have some initial challenges, the professionalism and support provided by GM Louie Trevino and Service Manager Her Range Rover Sport and while we did have some initial challenges, the professionalism and support provided by GM Louie Trevino and Service Manager Herb Williams was outstanding! They went above and beyond to rectify any challenges we had. That said, I will look to have my vehicles services there again and I will recommend this service center to friend. Worst car buying experience of my life!!! NOTHING went right, and it's out of pure laziness on their part! Where do I start.. They got my address wrong several times. They were late on paying off my ex right, and it's out of pure laziness on their part! Where do I start.. They got my address wrong several times. They were late on paying off my existing loan which affected my credit. They failed to have me sign a few standard papers after I bought the car and had to come to my place of work 3 times to sign papers they messed up on. I have been waiting on an extra key and owners manual for over a month now that they promised to give me. And worse of all, I have only had this car about 6 weeks and the trailing arm on my car completely broke in half. My boyfriend is a mechanic and knows these parts just don't break! It had to have already been cracked and the dealership does their own inspections, and passed it anyway! That's probably why I didn't get a 30 day or any sort or warrenty on the car, because they knew it was messed up and screwed me over. I'm lucky I wasn't drive on the highway at a faster speed when it broke or I probably would have wrecked. The FIRST time I washed my car, the paint peeled off the top, which they had to have known about too. My salesman was very nice but doesn't make up for all of their errors!! Would never ever recommend this dealership nor will I ever go back! More
