They claimed I had to completely replace sunroof frame although another service business simply cleaned out drain channels--$2400 less cost than dealer suggested. Not once did I feel pressured while I was at the dealership, visiting a car dealer can be the worst experience. She was very knowledgeable about the features of the car and made the experience very enjoyable. The manager, Dan, also greeted me as I left. Even though I did not buy anything this time, I felt very welcomed and was happy with my experience. I will be recommending everyone to Plaza West. More

Here are some of the highlights: I only clicked one star because I couldn't choose zero. Customer service was horrendous (when problems arose, there was no communication from the dealership and many hours were spent calling or driving there to get issues resolved). This dealership is rife with questionable business practices (all talk, no action, nothing but empty promises). I had no other choice but to take my complaint to the top and still was unable to get a full resolution. I would never buy a car or recommend Plaza West to anyone. Lucky for me, I found Dave Mungenast on Manchester, which was the most pleasant experience I have had buying a car. They are total pros and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I got a quality luxury vehicle from them with no hassle. They know how to treat their customers. More
Worst customer service problem 1) told i was getting 4 new tires and only 2 were actaully new, i only discovered this when after 10,000miles and a year later my "new" tires problem 1) told i was getting 4 new tires and only 2 were actaully new, i only discovered this when after 10,000miles and a year later my "new" tires needed to be replaced. Problem 2) needed routine maitinence on my car and scheduled to have a loaner, needed by 8 am to get to work. When i arrived no loaner was available and i was told i was 4th in line to get a rental from enterprise. It was going to take another 40 mins which would've made me late so one of their running boys took me to work. Problem 3) another routine maintenance issue told i didnt need a loaner this time but they would take me work ans pick me up. They called me to say my car was ready, i told my colleagues i would be back in 15 mins, however when i arrived my car was sitting in the service area covered in pollen it had not been washed yet and clearly my car wasnt ready. Choose PLAZA MOTORS WEST THEY'RE THE BEST I had a very good salesman at Plaza Motors West, Mr Orlando Ewing. I first went to the Plaza OLIVE dealership with my check to purchase the GLA250, bu I had a very good salesman at Plaza Motors West, Mr Orlando Ewing. I first went to the Plaza OLIVE dealership with my check to purchase the GLA250, but was treated so very badly by the General Manger Greg and his internet specialist Tom I was in tears. I was so upset and discouraged by their sales tactics, I had changed my mind about purchasing the GLA250. But when Plaza Motors West contacted me, they were exceptional courteous and polite. They handled business like professionals should. Thank you Orlando Ewing and general manager Tom. Also thanks to Susan from Mercedes Benz customer service department. More
Poor follow up and untruthful This is the 2nd car bought from this dealership within 18 mos. Both cars were bought from the same salesman; Tom Burtlow . The most recent issue is Tom Schulhouse, the manager there called me and left a message on my voicemail. I have tried calling him back and left messages for 3 weeks to no avail. I feel the reason he called me was in response to my last review online.. When I bought the most recent car in Dec 2014, the salesman told me at the time I bought the car it had new tires on it. Approx 2 mos later I noticed that the front tires were not new tires. I called the salesman and told him about this and he said he'd call me back but never did. Now the car I bought in March 2013, a Chevrolet corvette; after picking the car up and driving it back home I discovered that the right front turning signal was burned out. I called Tom Burtlow to tell him of this problem and he said he would get back to me but he never did. Because this was a safety issue I replaced the bulb myself which cost me 26.00 . I have bought a used E 350 from This Dealer almost a month back.They are very good in talking ( Sweet talker) but the moment i was out of showroom the I have bought a used E 350 from This Dealer almost a month back.They are very good in talking ( Sweet talker) but the moment i was out of showroom they has stopped responding to Cell Phone Call,Land Line Call, Voice Mail, E Mail, Messages !! wow! that was real quick. Then the car they sold me has few things to be taken care of and upon bringing into their notice they tried to blamed it on me ! its been almost 3 weeks of continuous follow up but not able to get hold of them for the required services ! let me know if the have any escalation mechanism and it can be raised up for proper response and follow up mechanism.
