Worst car buying experience of my life!!! NOTHING went right, and it's out of pure laziness on their part! Where do I start.. They got my address wrong several times. They were late on paying off my ex right, and it's out of pure laziness on their part! Where do I start.. They got my address wrong several times. They were late on paying off my existing loan which affected my credit. They failed to have me sign a few standard papers after I bought the car and had to come to my place of work 3 times to sign papers they messed up on. I have been waiting on an extra key and owners manual for over a month now that they promised to give me. And worse of all, I have only had this car about 6 weeks and the trailing arm on my car completely broke in half. My boyfriend is a mechanic and knows these parts just don't break! It had to have already been cracked and the dealership does their own inspections, and passed it anyway! That's probably why I didn't get a 30 day or any sort or warrenty on the car, because they knew it was messed up and screwed me over. I'm lucky I wasn't drive on the highway at a faster speed when it broke or I probably would have wrecked. The FIRST time I washed my car, the paint peeled off the top, which they had to have known about too. My salesman was very nice but doesn't make up for all of their errors!! Would never ever recommend this dealership nor will I ever go back! More
